My wife absolutely LOVES TACO BELL. And truthfully it came in handy. I didn't feel like cooking.
Parking: Great shopping atmosphere.There is a Walmart, auto zone, O'Reilly's,car wash right there. And other shopping places near.

I’m always hungry after I get off work late at night, and this place is 10/10 in all aspects everytime. Excellent food, employees, and speed. Tonight Elexis was the one who assisted me, and she was amazing!!

Was very skeptical about going to this Taco Bell because of my last 2 experiences (over 6 months ago) but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. It started with the girl on the speaker (younger with bright red hair…didn’t get her name) was extremely rude. When I was asking about exchanging an item in the box for another item that was cheaper bean burrito, she cut me off telling me nope! Can’t do it! I was trying to explain that I would pay an up charge but she kept saying that they couldn’t do it. Therefore I ended up paying for each item separately. Once I pulled up to pay and get the food, she and the other worker were laughing and looking at each other. When I asked for the GM’s name, you could tell the young man had a concerned look on his face because he knew I was being treated poorly. So then I get home and there was barely any filling inside of the tacos or burritos! Pitiful!!! It’s stinks that I will have to drive to Bartow to get good service and MUCH better quality food!

Mobile App shows ingredients different than what store makes. Lucky I am not allergic to beans and just don't like them. Called and was hung up on as the just kept saying made right, they did not care what mobile app said or showed

The drive-through workers were nice and the food was good. The only downside is that they gave us the wrong drink size. They gave us a regular/medium instead of the large that we ordered.

Clean, quick ordering at the kiosk. Really like the cantina menu, but it's less food for more money.
Vegetarian options: You can ask for them to leave the meat off of pretty much any of the menu items. I am sure there is lard in the refried beans but they have black beans too.
Every time I order something from the store, they screw it up. Tonight I DoorDash by Cha supreme a Mexican pizza two potato bowls and nacho grande. Chili supreme had no tomatoes. The Mexican pizza just slap some beans between two fried tortillas did not cut it dumped a bunch of sauce and cheese on top And the nacho Supremes had no tomatoes. Spend a lot of money lotta money to really screw up in order. The management here stinks and they need to start training their employees properly. The beans were ice cold.
This location is garbage. The wait time for a mobile order is ridiculous. After placing the order i waited 30 min , that is unacceptable especially when the Resturant is empty. You do not even get an apology from them.

Saturday, August 17th, 2024 Today i was feeling a bit down… so i decided to have a drink and treat my self to a bit of taco bell and my goodness… I don’t know what kind of heroine these employees were on… what kind of grass they were smoking…but let me say never in my life have i ever received a grilled cheese burrito and a soft taco supreme quite and DELICIOUS as these ones. I never am prompted to leave positive reviews but i honestly could not get over this. Everything was perfect. The taco had a perfect amount of beef. Literally perfect and it was all perfectly seasoned. The burrito…From the FIRST BITE you could’ve told me i died and went to HEAVEN and i would’ve believed you. Idk what yall did to these items and I do not care. As i sit here writing this review im considering purchasing more and i would if i didn’t just get the same uber driver 2 days in a row and feared it happening a 3rd time in the same day… Never the less the burrito had the most perfect proportions.. i felt like i was eating chipotle on crack. It was so cheesy and creamy and salty and UGHHHH. Everyone working on august 17th at 4:55pm needs a raise.
