We experienced a wait of nearly 30 minutes for our food. It appeared that drive-thru and Uber Eats orders were prioritized over in-lobby customers. This caused a sense of impatience among the customers waiting. The tables were very dirty, and the entire eating area was unclean. I had to wipe down our own tables and others for customers. The seating area was also quite small, which was disappointing. I was not impressed with the overall cleanliness and ambiance. I will not be returning.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. The lobby needed to be swept and mopped. The restroom was also extremely dirty. There was paper towels on the floor and trash cans were filled with trash. The kitchen floor was extremely dirty also. I’m guessing night shift didn’t clean the restaurant last night.

Dingyest taco bell i ever been to and that says something. Theres no way when they closed last night the place was all clean. You can tell no one is cleaning in between rushes every surface sticky and gross floors were gross ice machine gross. Was afraid to touch or sit anywhere. Not even gonna chance the bathroom... do better
