I went through drive thru around 1:52am on Saturday to reward my son of a frosty for graduating to high school after his long trip. As I was sitting there a lady told me they are closed, as they shouldn't have been as they are open till 2am. All I wanted was 2 frostys and she told me that she is not going to argue with me. I was not arguing with her I was just stating that they are still open until 2am and not having to close and clean up by 2am. She was so hesitant about getting out of there early. This should be taken care of as they are meant to serve till 2am as what there signs are posted. I worked in fast food myself and never closed before the time. Whatever this lady name is she needs to be retrained on how to do her job!

Every single time I’ve driven all the way over here they’ve told me that their system is down and they can’t serve me.

I went to the Taco Bell down the road because it was the only place to get food for miles and they told me that they always do the same thing to everybody.

If they’re so understaffed then they should close the store earlier. Why even have it open? Just my opinion and probably gonna get my food spit in if I ever go back there again. But y’all should know this place blows.

Showed up at 7:53 on a Thursday morning and they were not open… called on the phone and the lady said they were open but she just showed up and they can’t serve for 20 minutes….really?!?

This location has turned me away before because they were receiving a truck that literally pulled up as I was about to order my food and always having system issues never coming back to this location

They forgot the fries and butter for the baked potato. Got that straightened out went home and bit into burger and it is raw.

after getting my drinks in my food, they shut the sliding door on me and then two or three of them proceeded to talk amongst each other while I waited for two minutes on my change. They never turned around to give me my change, so I left with it because I did just have a long day at work and don’t wanna wait in line for 60 something cents, but it is the principal of if you have customers in line pay attention to your customers. I typically have issues like this when I come through at night, but during the day is never an issue

All i can say...it really depends who is working. That breakfast bacon burrito...i will no longer get it on the weekends. The weekend morning staff seem like they dont care. It was cold, and it didnt taste fresh. It tasted like it was made, and they just left it sittin' out for a day, and they threw it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Now on a weekday...its actually good...sometimes its so hot it takes 20 minutes for it to cool down 😆. But weekend staff...DO BETTER! I took 1 bite and i hadda throw it away. Dont be givin' us no cold food. Anotha time i hadda go home and warm it up...Dont do us like that!🚫🚫🚫🚫 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Every time I come here something is broken or it’s some reason why they can’t take my order . Employees are always outside talking and they are always playing and get mad when you are about to order. EVERY experience isn’t bad when it’s the older people working but other than that it’s an inconvenience.
