This location uses AI then gets mad at the customer when the automated person cuts you off and you have to add food at the window. The manager is rude and shouldn’t be in leadership if having to help customers due to the companies choice of ordering actuallys makes them work! This location is the worst!

I should have expected before I walked through the door but the salad in the picture looked appetizing although whenever I received my food it looked nothing like the photo. My taco salad had no meat, the lettuce was yellow, and I had to ask multiple times for silverware for a carry out.
$8 for a salad and I had more lettuce on my cheeseburger than I did cheese or Burger.

I don't know why this location can't seem to get my order right. They use AI at the order box and that might be part of the problem. They also changed over to shredded lettuce and it's nasty. Wendy's to me was always about fresh prepped food and now to save coast (My Guess) they switched to shredded lettuce. They can keep it because I won't be back.

Poor service we got there at 10:50am wanted lunch manager said it wouldn't start till The 11 am sign did not say that on window says :30 so what time is that she made comments to crew lunch is starting woo woo no customer my sister and nephew did Mobil order they didn't start it till 11 am not busy no customers I didn't order was upset how manager conducted her self my sister was upset too display. Did not say 11am sign display needs corrected

Just went through the drive thru like we always do and ordered the $8 meal with two burgers and one came without a Patty on it…. Then I get the $6 double stack and there is only one patty on it. We got all the way home and then realized it was messed up. I called 4 times to talk about the issue and they didn’t answer the phone. Fast food prices are going up so much but then we get our entire order messed up. Very unfortunate and disappointing. They don’t fix the problem or try to help in any way….
I hate the AI drive thru “cashier” taking the place of a human employee.

I've gone here several times, since I live in the area, and it used to be alright, but it has fallen off in recent years, especially now. I'm making this review just after complaining to corporate about these guys. Their crappy AI drive through robot sucks, and cut me off mid-order, without a total or anything, tells me to go around. When I finally get to the 2nd window (because they can't be bothered with using both), it's clear no one was paying attention to what happened, because the lady was about to hand me the completely wrong order! And rather than be helpful in trying to correct the situation, she wanted to be argumentative and make it clear she didn't give a shit. She eventually reluctantly corrected and gave us our order (when it was evident I wasn't leaving without it), and not a single bit of 'give a damn' or apology for the error was given. I hope corporate takes me seriously and investigates. Some of these people need to find a new place to work.

Got a baconator and it was a mess barely any bacon the bread was soggy the fries had no salt and were lukewarm my sons meal was cold basically the only thing this place got right was the toy in the kids meal
