So slow they don't have half of whats on the menu. We watching door dash drivers coming to pick up orders that they could not even fill. Turning away customers because they could fill whatbwas on the screen. Food sitting out getting cold on the counter . I will never be back to this location.

No sour cream no ice no lemonade. My wife and I stood at the counter for 7 mins. Finally my wife asked to be waited on. Got our baked potatoes after we were done eating. They don't know what their doing.

I was unable able to eat at this location because the doors were locked. The drive-thru was the only way to receive food, but I had a trailer that wouldn't fit in the tight area.

Strong Side

This location needs better management and better training. My order is RARELY ever right. You have to sit in line for 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of you with an empty lobby and they always get the order wrong. Every single time. Always playing around when you get to the window too and always look at you like you’re crazy when you tell them your order is wrong.

I placed an order for $13.45 which included a salad; when I went to the drive-thru to pick it up, I was told they didn't have any salads because of the hurricane. Fine, I understand that; however the charge for $13.45 WAS DEBITED from my account. So I called the store for a refund; after I explained that it had already been processed and debited from my bank account the manager insisted that I must cancel the order in the app. I cannot do that as it is a closed transaction, so now I have to chase down
my refund.
On a different day, tonight actually, we placed 2 separate orders which we chose to pick up inside because the drive thru was out to the road. Problem: the door was locked, at 7:41PM. So, now I'm waiting to see if they debit my account for those 2 orders!

Roommate and i Ordered 2 of the 5 dollar biggie bags with the jr bacon cheeseburger option. Neither sandwich had any bacon, lettuce or tomato and we only received 1 soda, I'll put the soda on the dasher but how do you forget the bacon on the jr BACON cheeseburger, and no lettuce or tomato either? What is going on, this is not the first time this has occurred. Disappointing...
