Had it for the first time . Highly recommended!
Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo. Chicken was like rubber, it must have been cooked at least 3 hours prior, and sat in the drawer, or wherever they keep it for the whole time. Couldn't help but notice 3 customers come back and complain about their order in the time we were there.
Fries were good. That's about it. These employees and managers need some serious retraining. Won't be long until someone gets sick eating here.
For the owner, if you want more than 2 stars, do better.

The coleslaw was sour on the asian salad very disappointing and the Manager, Sean was very rude poor customer service 😩👎
Salad(s) made wrong... missing ingredients on one... minimal chicken on another- this is a chicken restaurant, right? Returned to have one corrected and felt I was apologizing for doing so. Manager asked if we wanted it remade??? Um, yeah.😒 .50 for a cup of water- $30 a few times- so I used up my points, now deleting the app.

Really love their food. However this is the 3rd time in a row we have been unsatisfied. 2 chicken salads without chicken on it at all this time. Never want anything for free, nor go back to get it. Just want what we order and not drive 15 min to make it right.

ZAXs has always been my go to for something CHICKEN..the line will always be around the building no matter what time of day but they are QUICK...order is always hot an correct...highly recommended if you are in the area
I love their salad here!
Food is always good, and made the way I like it. Fries well done. Atmosphere is modernized, miss the old style with antiques everywhere. Only down side theh don't have fried mushrooms anymore.
I love their salads! If you order ahead you don’t have to wait.
