Terrible!!!!!! Food was soggy and I asked for traditional wings got boneless chicken also in the drive thru you can barely hear the person taking the order, all my food taste like it was precooked sitting there waiting to be sold nothing was fresh. The worst Zaxby I have been to, never again then to top it off my order came out to $16 dollars.

Had a hard time ordering at Drive-through A little confusion with the substitution of Zack sauce for ranches Not an issue was Got up to the window I paid and the lady handed my food out to me and then I sat there. The lady then looked out at me. She said with attitude, are you waiting on something? I said yes, my drinks, she spun around and started grabbing the drinks and Handed them out to me with attitude like I was bothering her at that moment. I looked over at my son and said can you check to see if we got our sauces? He confirmed my suspicion we didn’t so I sat there and waited for her to look back at me and she said again what else you want Are you still waiting for something? I’m like yeah, my sauces. She grabbed a whole bunch of sauces and just throw them in the bag and practically almost threw them at me and She then said why are you looking at me like I’m crazy? I replied back because you’re Looking at me like I’m just asking for what I paid for… Probably won’t come back to this Zaxby’s…unfortunately this the closest one for me… So I guess I’ll be taking a break from Zaxby’s for quite awhile.

I ordered traditional chicken wings and a burger. Burger was good but the wings were so hard and dry. I have never really liked their wings, with or without sauce and I usually don’t order it. That night was honestly the worst and maybe the wings were sitting out too long because we ordered ahead of time. The inside was a little disheveled with minor trash on floor.

Horrible customer service ! I ordered the family meal which is 20 chicken tenders. 1st time 2 tenders missing not a big deal. The next time 5 tenders are missing. Called the manager he said he would compt it. Great never got the Compt card and they wouldnt honor it without the card. Ordered again and they shorted me again. I went in and told them. The 2 ladies at the drive thru window made smart remarks oh someone counted. Yes I counted. I ordered and want what I ordered. Spending up to $50 for the employees to be rude and disrespectful is not ok.

Good location. I worked at the Walmart for a couple weeks and I have to say their wings hit every time. I will be back 👌💯

Service was great, however most tables were very dirty.I lost my sunglasses and the 2 girls at the counter tried to help find them.I had to stop them from going through the trash, looking for them! I did find them myself.Great people!

Had it for the first time . Highly recommended!

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo. Chicken was like rubber, it must have been cooked at least 3 hours prior, and sat in the drawer, or wherever they keep it for the whole time. Couldn't help but notice 3 customers come back and complain about their order in the time we were there.

Fries were good. That's about it. These employees and managers need some serious retraining. Won't be long until someone gets sick eating here.

For the owner, if you want more than 2 stars, do better.
