ZAXs has always been my go to for something CHICKEN..the line will always be around the building no matter what time of day but they are QUICK...order is always hot an correct...highly recommended if you are in the area

Food is always good, and made the way I like it. Fries well done. Atmosphere is modernized, miss the old style with antiques everywhere. Only down side theh don't have fried mushrooms anymore.

Steady bangin double fry extra seasoning errtime

Ordered salads. Information on the salad on the picture was not accurate. I was told it's because it's faded. We found out the hard way when we reached home eating extra HOT chicken salad. Customer service was so poor. My first language is English and young woman with an accent as I have too told me she didn't understand me. Wow.
Manager was very courteous though.

Weird experience, would warn others to avoid this location. I ordered a chicken finger plate asked to swap the Cole slaw out with extra toast and “extra seasoning” on the fries. Instead of extra seasoning they only gave me extra fries and no Cole slaw. When I asked them why they didn’t give me the extra toast they said I ordered extra fries. Which I never have and never would of. Then they asked me for my plate back from inside my car and I asked her if she was going to take fries out of my meal and she said “probably” then they proceeded to argue inside about how she knew for a fact I said extra fries. Which unfortunately for her I have a dash cam and pulled the footage and I can clearly hear my self saying extra toast. Then they literally opened up my box which was at one point in my car in my posesión and they grab the fries out and threw in the extra toast and then told me to have a nice day. No apology or anything. Horrible experience and ridiculous to take food out of my plate by hand for their own mistake.

Definitely keep driving they don't give you your money's worth ,they rush u off and you're thinking your food is going to be amazing because you been waiting so long to have that craving you been craving and the the slaw was not even filled up and a few fries for almost 14 dollars .2 Thumbs down that is why your business is going down.Do better ZAXBY

They charge extra for sauces but constantly forget to put them in the bag.

The employees seem like they hate their jobs. Please pay them more so maybe they’ll be nicer and I don’t have to dread interacting with them.

Also don’t offer scheduled ordering if you’re going to cancel an order 10 minutes before it’s supposed to be done. Extremely inconvenient and management was void of empathy.

No, I will not just “order it again.” Not worth paying for or waiting on especially after wasting my time.

Delicious fried pickles!!! Who would have ever thought that fried pickles would be so good. But I fell in love first bite!!! Will go back for more.
