“Went to Burg’r Bar about 5 weeks ago before having shoulder surgery. We loved it. Best burger and fries I’ve had in Florida. We sat outside and our server was great!!! Why do people write about how great it was and then give it 4 stars instead of 5??? I’m in Punta Gorda today (3/18/22) and as soon as I get done with my final post op appointment, we’re headed to the Burg’r Bar again!!! YUM!!!“

If you review my profile you will see I'm a local reviewer, not paid but consistent & honest. I've been eating off and on at this location for five years. The first year was terrible but I had actually made a call to corporate and they cleaned up the third shift (they kept burning the chicken black) which was when I had been going.

Since then I've not had a single bad experience or messed up order. Typically I go through the drive thru using their app.

At this location Ive found that the burgers are better than Wendy's & Culvers. Which is a surprise because to beat Wendy's is a hard one for me.

Do not believe the poor reviews you've seen from others, give this location a chance for yourself and see. Ive also always had friendly service.

As far as wait times I've never had to wait. I place my order in the app when I arrive in their parking lot and than immediately go thru the line.

“Love the Cod Fish basket with fries) Best we have ever had, better than in New England! it was only 55 degrees in SW FL (Pt Charlotte) tonight so we asked for coffee instead of soft drinks. They are open 7 days a week 7 am to 2pm with exception of Friday they are also open 430 to 730pm. They have the best food, such a variety, big portions and tasteful. Also very affordable. Can eat inside or outside. Great atmosphere. Servers were very attentive and personable. Also the owner was present and super kind and attentive as well. Takes pride in what he does. “We are a group of older ladies and we meet at DQ about once a week. We love going there. Employees are so nice and the food is great. You have many things to choose from on the menu. SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!!!!“

“Prices are right. Menu has fabulous options from beef, chicken and seafood. There is enough variety for breakfast, lunch and a large seafood dinner. It's not the IHOP my father knew. “Great experience from start to finish. I heard about the BOGO burger promotion running March 9–12, so I downloaded the app and placed my order while still outside the restaurant. By the time I walked in, they already had the order and had started preparing it. I grabbed my cups, sat down, and within nine minutes my food was ready.

“I have never been treated to such great customer service in my life. To start there was this lady yelling at this manager in a black shirt. I later found out his name was Chris. She was beyond a Karen and the way he handeled her astonished me. She threw something at him and everything and he never said a cross word to her. He made she all the customers including her were happy. I wanted to hire this guy for my business because you don’t find good customer service these days. “Had a great visit at PG Culver’s today. Was greeted by a jovial cheese-head who was highly recommending the new chicken sandwiches. We stuck w the butter burgers and he was very helpful & efficient taking our order. His coworker w long blond hair delivered our order to the table in record time. Before we left I purposely went back to the counter to get the cheese-head’s name - Juan wished us a great day. Thanks for the smiles, laughs, good food & efficient service!“
