Worst McDonaldâs experience ever. We ordered through the app specifically for items that were supposed to have Monopoly stickers, but when we got our food, none of them had any it looked like they had been ripped off. When we asked the employees about it, they told us âwe donât do that here,â even though we came the day before and they were participating. The staff seemed nervous, and it was pretty clear the stickers had been removed. Really disappointing and unprofessional

I came in yesterday wanting to order manager Rosa was very not helpful I asked her I wanted to do the 5$ meal and she practically did not want to help me do the order so I walked out and didnât want to eat here again . I understand that this is a fast food place but atleast have some decency to have some customer service instead of ignoring your customers .

When my family pulled up to the drive thru, we weren't greeted in a timely manner nor did the order taker greet me by name for the mobile app. I had asked for 2 hot and Spicy McChicken's 1 Large Fries 1 Large Sprite with no ice 2 Cheeseburgers 1 6pc Nuggets and a Large 10pc Nuggets Meal with a Large Caramel Frappe. When they asked if everything looked correct on the screen and I saw that they had put the Frappe as a Medium Mocha Frappe, I pointed it out at the speaker and they called or Ms Marcy to fix the order and directed me to the 1st window and the cashier that I saw at the 1st window didn't repeat the order back before I paid, so I go up to the next window and tried to get the attention of another crew member without honking or yelling and they saw me and ignored me when I had pointed it out that they messed up the Frappe they said they'd just make it caramel. They were rushing me to get out of the drive thru and told me aggressively that everything was in the bag and didn't give me the Large Frappe and they told me to pull over and they brought out a Medium Caramel Frappe. I went inside to talk to Ms Marcy and she'd rather charge .70 cents to upsize when they messed up the order and the 2nd crew member was rude to me. This McDonald's needs to train their team better and listen to the customers and put the order in right the 1st time. Seriously this McDonald's sucked to get lunch for the family

I went to buy breakfast today and asked for a egg muffin with sausage and Iâm pregnant so I have been craving it and they gave me the wrong order and either way still tried to eat it and they had the whole egg shell cracked in the food

I was just at this location, it was the worst service ever and the food tasted disgusting. They messed up my order went back to talk to someone the workers were just staying around talking, on their phones, and ignoring the customers in the lobby. I ordered a quarter pounder and biting into the burger the meat was not fully cooked, the fries were cold and stale and I was missing food. Horrible service and horrible food
