When my family pulled up to the drive thru, we weren't greeted in a timely manner nor did the order taker greet me by name for the mobile app. I had asked for 2 hot and Spicy McChicken's 1 Large Fries 1 Large Sprite with no ice 2 Cheeseburgers 1 6pc Nuggets and a Large 10pc Nuggets Meal with a Large Caramel Frappe. When they asked if everything looked correct on the screen and I saw that they had put the Frappe as a Medium Mocha Frappe, I pointed it out at the speaker and they called or Ms Marcy to fix the order and directed me to the 1st window and the cashier that I saw at the 1st window didn't repeat the order back before I paid, so I go up to the next window and tried to get the attention of another crew member without honking or yelling and they saw me and ignored me when I had pointed it out that they messed up the Frappe they said they'd just make it caramel. They were rushing me to get out of the drive thru and told me aggressively that everything was in the bag and didn't give me the Large Frappe and they told me to pull over and they brought out a Medium Caramel Frappe. I went inside to talk to Ms Marcy and she'd rather charge .70 cents to upsize when they messed up the order and the 2nd crew member was rude to me. This McDonald's needs to train their team better and listen to the customers and put the order in right the 1st time. Seriously this McDonald's sucked to get lunch for the family

I went to buy breakfast today and asked for a egg muffin with sausage and I’m pregnant so I have been craving it and they gave me the wrong order and either way still tried to eat it and they had the whole egg shell cracked in the food

I was just at this location, it was the worst service ever and the food tasted disgusting. They messed up my order went back to talk to someone the workers were just staying around talking, on their phones, and ignoring the customers in the lobby. I ordered a quarter pounder and biting into the burger the meat was not fully cooked, the fries were cold and stale and I was missing food. Horrible service and horrible food

This McDonald's does not even deserve 1 star. They're always messing up uber delivery orders. The place needs new management and new crew. They take very long to give you your food when you dine in. The people that work there are not even welcoming. They have you order from the machine and don't even acknowledge you. The food always cold. They mess up your order even when you dine in. They need to send someone from corporate to check out this location and make changes. Those workers are horrible. They are on their phones like nothing. Bad management. No costumer service skills... The list can go on... It seems as if they just hire anyone at this place and promote anyone as a manager. Corporate should get involved. It's crazy that I have to drive to a further McDonald's with this one being so close to me.

On July 9th around 9:20 PM during the night shift at the drive‑thru, the young woman gave us the best service we’ve ever had at McDonald’s. She was super kind, very professional, and made us feel truly welcome. Thanks to her, it was a great experience!

getting out of my car and a homeless guy is walking out side door with a gatorade bottle full of soda.
walked in, an aftican american lady literally threw a sandwich at the register screaming it didn't have cheese.
the employees were unfazed by all of it which tells me this crap happens here on the regular.
its sad really that people have to act like animals.

Really bad experience. I buy a happy meal for my grandson and was very expensive, but the bad thing is that I ask for 6 pieces chicken nuggets and they only give me 5 and no apples in the happy meal, and fries was colder than the sprite 😳

This McDonald’s is the worst. I seen a manager named Rosa just screaming at the employees and not helping at all. If I was the employees, I would find a new job. I was asked to speak to a manager because my food was cold. She disregard me and went to the back . they need new management here. This is unacceptable.
