Last week my son got married and he ordered $106 worth of food for his groomsmen. I went to pick it up and the manager told me they didn't have the order. She didn't seem to care and made no effort to address the problem or help me out, she just walked away and did other things. I finally ordered the food and paid myself for food that was already ordered and paid for. When it was done, she didn't apologize nor did she say thank you. I was truly amazed by her apathy and incompetence. I wouldn't go back to that McDonalds if someone paid me.

This Mcdonalds is just extremely slow. There are always lines of cars waiting. They do not use their dual ordering system. The addl lane is always closed. Make sure if you order ahead to plan to wait in line. Make sure if you go thru drive thru to have ample time.

I placed an online order to this specific McDonald’s ordering a happy meal with my rewards. I arrived to the McDonald’s and they started saying that my code or order did not pop up on their menu. I wasted 6000 points for no absolute reason. Horrible customer service and a horrible system.

It was breakfast time, and they had run out of bagels, so I had to have my sandwich on a biscuit, but the manager substituted the cost by offering an apple pie, so it was all good. The food came out well and in a timely manner. All the tables were clean. A really comfortable setting.
