Understaffed put in a online order that was supposed to be ready by 6:49 I didn’t get my complete order till 7:30. Even though app said food is ready to pick up by 6:50 pm.

Pizza was delivered COLD, called to advise them and they said because it was delivered they couldn’t do anything. Delivery time kept changing, which we expect, but for the food to be stiff - that’s just not cool.

i placed my order for 1 large pizza around 6:30pm and was ready at 7:00pm i was there at 7:05pm and waited over 40 minutes for the pizza to be ready.

I used to order from here about 4 years ago consistently. I had to stop because there was a delivery driver there that had a terrible attitude. This past year I decided to give them a try and there is a sweet lady that does the delivery for them and she is the BEST! She is super nice and the food always arrives then the app tells me it will within a 5 minute error margin. Please thank her for me, I am sad to not know her name but she is a hispanic lady and always leaves treats with her delivery. Thank you so much and I hope this location takes care of her and treasures the service she provides. Get her a raise!

I live just a mile from this store, but I now drive 9.5 miles to another Papa John’s because the service here is consistently terrible. I’ve had three frustrating experiences that show a clear lack of professionalism and care. I’m not trying to get anyone fired; however, they need serious work when dealing with customers.

Despite repeatedly requesting “no knocking, contactless delivery,” both drivers knocked anyway. One sneezed—open-mouthed—at my door. The other laughed when I reminded him of the note, while my dogs barked nonstop.

When I called to complain both times, the manager was rude and unhelpful. The general manager later offered 50% off and said to contact her directly if any other issues arose—but it seems it can only be at 10 AM, with no direct line. As a teacher, we are actively teaching, making it nearly impossible.

When I tried to redeem the discount, I was put on hold, hung up on, and told the GM couldn’t speak to me. When I asked who was above her, the manager shrugged and said he didn’t know—wouldn’t even look me in the eye. That kind of indifference says it all.

After reading their reviews, it’s clear the bad ones far outweigh the few good ones—which just praise basic job duties. This store needs serious customer service training. In contrast, the Papa John’s 9.5 miles away is respectful, professional, and worth the drive.

Horrible as always, even when you call and provide instructions on the order, they still always mess it up. Not ordering from this place again

Terrible service. The manager lied about giving me a credit on an order that they messed up on. When I called to redeem it, the manager Melvin told me that he doesn't see a credit and he cannot assist me. Terrible customer service, I will never come here again!!

The worst location to order pizza. The “manager Melvin” the most rude person ever !! The receptionist the same, no one is professional or helpful there. Do not order food there.

It's hard for me to really give a good review. The workers are great, they are usually very fast.My son has autism and it is basically a weekly thing. This last time as I was going thru the site to see if I had any papa bucks, I accidentally put the order through. When I called to cancel the manager went off on me, told me he is tired of me calling to cancel. This is a very intrue statement... Wrong person HENRY. but you just lost a weekly order.The service is great but that manager....nobthsnks

I ORDERED THROUGH MY APP UBEREATS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT I RECEIVED MY ORDER INCOMPLETE. I WAS PIST. I DROVE TO THE STORE AND ASK FOR MY COMPLETE ORDER. THREE BOYS LOOKED LOST, TOLD ME IT WAS THE UBERS FAULT. I SAID AND CONFIRMED WITH UBER IF THEY ASKED FOR MY COMPLETE ORDER, DRIVER SAID THEIR STUFF MISSING BUT THE ONE IN CHARGED TODAY 3/10/2024 SUNDAY TOLD THE DRIVER TO LEAVE THAT WAS THE COMPLETE ORDER. I am so pissed. In this place you need hire EMPLOYEES and MANAGERS that know how to turn in a complete order. I PAID FOR MY FOOD I DID NOT GET IT FOR FREE.
