I ordered my food on the app and Popeyes still got it wrong. Regular chicken not spicy missing mashed potatoes.

Absolutely horrible experience, they supposedly had absolutely nothing but chicken tenders and fries. The staff literally didn't even give us our full meals. From the get go the whole order was wrong. Given coke when asked for 2 dr pepper and a sprite tried to have that fixed before she then tried to hand me a second sprite. Didn't put the fries in with our order.

Horrible service. Was told to pull up and park because I asked for fresh French fries, after waiting 20 minutes I pulled back in the drive through to ask what was taking so long and to just give me a refund if the fries were not ready, I was refunded the wrong amount so I had to go back and that’s when a female cashier started yelling and arguing with me calling me names while.

I ordered from this location and called to inform them that they forgot to include the ranch dressing I paid extra for in my order. Additionally, the cream pie I ordered was missing, and instead, I received a burnt apple pie. After placing me on hold, they hung up. When I called back, an unprofessional manager named Sharday answered the phone. The fries and chicken were cold. I tried reaching out to corporate, but I found out that I have to submit a ticket for assistance. Spending $22.85 and receiving such poor service is unacceptable! I will make sure to speak to someone about the service I experienced. Times are tough, and I cannot afford to waste my money.

Terrible service, the chicken was mixed with spicy chicken and came out cold, the chicken itself was overcooked and tasted awful and rubbery. When my mom went to confront an employee she got yelled at instead of solving the issue. The prices are over the roof for just a meal.

The restroom is a mess🤢, the chicles has no Flavor, traste like a paper. The Lousiana Style is nice but the rest is men.🫠

After what seems like years not being at a Popeyes. I am very pleased with the food. The chicken tenders were delicious. The kids enjoyed the chicken sandwiches. The cranberry frozen lemonade is pretty good as well. Will definitely try again in the future.

Extremely rude and disrespectful towards customers. Felt discriminated against for being Hispanic. Did not get service after waiting for about 15 minutes in the drive through without any answer. Not coming back.
