Ivy was my cashier. Amazing energy, she helped me to pick my order, also she is bilingual which was a plus. My order came out perfect.

If you try to call and place an order any time after 11, they will place you on hold until you hang up and then they’ll leave their phone line busy so when you call back it won’t go through. PATHETIC!!!! I literally called 16 times just for it to say user busy!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Wingstop in Naranja, FL. After a long, exhausting day of work, I ordered food for my family, hoping to make things easier by having dinner delivered. We were already paying an overpriced amount for the food and delivery, but when the order arrived, they didn’t deliver everything I paid for! Not only did they mess up the order, but when I called to report the issue, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee didn't seem to care about the mistake and didn’t offer any solution. When I asked for the missing items to be delivered, they actually hung up on me. I am so upset by this terrible service. I work hard for my money, and I expect to get what I paid for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WINGSTOP – they clearly don’t value their customers or their satisfaction!
I ordered wing stop (through the app I might add) and with this location only because we didn’t have a way to get to the place, I’ve spent a 95.20 on the order that’s including tip, and look what we found in our food, someone has taken a bite out of the wing and placed it back in our food and my sister dipped her fry into the ranch and this green stuff came out, we only had one blu cheese and she didn’t get any of that, I find this disgusting, he kept offering to remake it but I kept telling the manger i couldn’t come in that’s why I had to order it through delivery on the app. I told him I wasted money because I had to throw it out and I wanted a refund.
Awesome service and fresh food
ordered uber eats from this location twice recently- first time the uber driver stole my food, it took probably 3 more drivers going to the restaurant and cancelling for them to finally tell me that someone picked up my order already. they didn’t even offer to remake my food. now this time, they forgot my large fries. probably won’t order from here again.
