This location was pretty good up until last night. The young lady they had on the fryer on 4/12/24 at 8 pm doesn’t know what she’s doing. The corn was cold and wasn’t seasoned. My flats were soggy. I brought the items back for them to fix. They brought me the corn back and it wasn’t fried and parts of it were still cold and they refried my wings, so they tasted my oil. Awful.

This location is worthless i called to place an order at least 8 times each time i was placed on hold longer than 10mins. Its like they’re doing it purposely because they don’t want to work. Because there’s no way you busy that long so many times.. yall should just close down at this point because yall not taking no orders just answering the phone to put people on hold.

You call to order and they immediately put you on hold so long that you end up hanging up and when you call back it says the party is busy because they do that same thing to another customer. So now their line is busy but they don't actually take orders this is the 3rd and last time they do this to me.

The clerk never gave me my receipt...after 40 minutes of waiting...directly from the kitchen they ask me what my name is to look up the order...there was no such order...I showed her the restaurant's discount to my account $17.11.with the order that the girl had taken from me...Jamaz showed up the receipt, and they had to invent an order... very different from what I had ordered... poor quality of the food... not to mention that on 17.11 I only received a few fries and about 5 palisaded wings... very different everything at my command..without a doubt I will not return again..lost money
