On vacation. Ordered online waited an hour and a half before finally just taking an uber to the shop to figure it out. Guy said it never came through and then I point it out, seeing my name on a receipt in the back. Proceeds to then tell me I placed it for pick as he pulls it out of a delivery bag and not the pick up warmer. Would’ve been fine if he just didn’t lie to my face. We are all adults here.
