Not customer service friendly. I asked one simple question and the guy was really short and unpleasant.

Point Break Cafe was amazing. The blueberry and lavender mimosa were refreshing and tasteful. The hookah was fresh and lasted a long time also. Highly recommend!

Cigars, hookah and a bar, all located right off of Duval. Prices are reasonable and the overall atmosphere was about what you would expect.

Turned into our favorite stop in the morning as it was close to our hotel and on the way to our destinations. The breakfast sandwiches and menu are really good, and they have a good mix of drinks and other things to get.

A little kindness and positive attitude goes a long way. Unsure of where you are from but our simple request for champagne and coffee should not have been greeted with such rudeness.

I didn't have the food just a smoke and drink. The house blend was good and the outside atmosphere helped me enjoy the day. It's a must to try .

The hooka is priced $25 for locals , $50 for visitors. That’s very expensive, and not fair to visitors. There should be only one price . Terrible attitude, will never step foot in it .

All the coffee shops around were full, so we went to this deli that was empty. We were so glad we did! The menu didn’t have eggs and bacon but they did it for me. Best eggs and bacon I have had! My husband had the salmon sandwich, it was delicious! The bread is really good. I recommend to go here instead of waiting in lines for the most popular places.

Vets, it's almost impossible to get reservations. But if you are lucky enough to score a res, then it's a cheap alternative to getting financially raped by the other KW hotels. No frills. But actually, I've stayed at other KW (premium) hotels with the exact same room decor and condition (or worse) for a lot more money. As a matter of fact, this place had decent water pressure and the view was overlooking the water. Try to find that in KW for this kind of money. What will irk you about this place is that it is walkable distance to the wharf area...but, just far enough to make it a long haul. I ended up taking an uber/taxi back to the front gate after dinner. Good luck on getting a res.
