Great hotel, and accessible to the disabled - we neither sleep well nor eat well, the restaurant was well placed with four swimming pools. Especially the famous waitress Kate who was very kind and very beautiful. If you go to Florida I recommend this heavenly hotel

The Grove restaurant at the $600/night Parrot Key resort was a major disappointment. Mediocre food and very overpriced. They charged $8 for a small plate of battered fries that of the kind you would find in the supermarket freezer section. The tap water was served without ice and tasted bad. The Cuban sandwich was terrible and a waste of calories. The nachos were also mediocre with salsa from a jar. There was a mandatory service charge of 18%. Never again.

If you need a chill day activity, this is the place! Kate served us and was the absolute sweetest she even brought our bride to be a delicious martini!! I 100% recommended

We stayed at the Parrot Key Hotel and Villas for a week. We dined at the Grove, which is located at the Parrot Key a few times and enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. The menu is creative and designed to provide the Key West experience while still offering some familiar American options for the less adventurous. Some of our favorites included fresh salads, a vegetable platter for those times when we needed something to hold us until a late dinner, fresh, local fruit bowls, coconut ( native) shrimp- wow was this tasty, turkey wraps with avocado, bacon and the like, and hamburgers cooked specifically to your preference served on a brioche bun, as well as fresh, local fish and a side of island rice. Another quality addition to the Parrot Key experience, this restaurant provided guests while poolside with samples of special drinks( the frozen key lime colada was delicious) and food/beverage service. The restaurant staff managed to work amongst all 4 pools making certain that guests who were interested in ordering off the menu while at a pool weren't waiting around for someone to show up. The restaurant staff was communicated a consistent positive demeanor.

We were lucky to stay at the Parrot Key Hotel, and enjoyed breakfasts, a couple of lunches, a dinner and quite a few happy hours at this poolside restaurant. The staff are the most friendly people we have met in the service industry in a very long time! A big shout out to Dre, Emily, Ashlee and Joana, and I apologize to the others as I have forgotten your names!
