Another long standing business on Duval Street that attracts a lot of tourists, especially to the Whistle Bar on the 2nd floor and if you dare, to the 3rd floor where clothing is optional but you have to give your cellphone to the security guards while you are there. They are very strict about no photos there nor any funny business.
We sat on the balcony so that we could watch the Duval Street action diwn below us. We each had a drink and chatted with other patrons about Duval Street and the best places to go to. Everyone was laughing and having a good time the bartender was friendly and service was great.
Parking is not easy to get in this highly busy area. Try the side streets and walk thete. There's so much to see that you won't mind the short walk.

Why the negative stars? I love this place. Honestly I have been here several times and every time has been amazing. My favorite bartender is Cindy. She’s amazing and honestly she’s the most attentive, efficient and proficient bartender I’ve had. There are lots of great bartenders but definitely Cindy gets 5 stars…

Avoid this shady place! If I could give 0 stars I would. Bartender refused to get water for my pregnant wife. Made a comment about "I work for money." That left her with no tip from me, but when I check my bank account later, I see she gave herself a tip(I took a picture of the receipt, just in case, and was charged more than the total I signed for.) 3 calls to the place with no answer. I left a message each time and never got a call back.

Large group of us stopped in at the 2nd floor, music was good, balcony offered a great view and place to talk. But bartender was very rude, complained we only tipped 10% on our first round of drinks. We would have stayed longer but that killed the desire to keep tipping ungrateful staff. She ended up costing herself and the bar a lot more money. Go elsewhere.
Bartender, old guy that’s been there forever is not a very nice guy. We went there to spend a few hours on the balcony waiting for our wives to be done shopping. We always tip generously, but we do it at the end always I paid for our first round of beer And then the chains there were 50 Cent I left them on the bar, not thinking anything and he must’ve thought I was a cheap tipper. He picked up the quarters and threw them at me when our wife showed up and he saw two women. His whole attitude towards them was very good with a smile, but he didn’t treat us that way when we got our beer, we still left them five dollars at the end but he deserved nothing

We stopped here on our first cruise stop and the bartender upstairs was a bitter a hole he literally ignored us and kept attending other guests when we clearly made ourselves be noticed. He told us to “go back to Miami” idk I guess he doesn’t like Hispanics.
