It's a strong 4.5 to me. $5 martini 🍸 so good!! We tried the raviolo, burrata salad, chicken welly and the berry cheesecake. This was our third time visiting the establishment. There's a parking fee but no signs saying you can get it validated...
One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Skip this place entirely. The food was inedible—so oversalted it was hard to swallow, and the seafood tasted old, not fresh at all. It took 30 minutes just to get water, and after waiting endlessly for service, we had to walk to the bar ourselves to get drinks. I had to ask the hostess who was busy cleaning an already clean table, avoiding her FOH duties, to find our server because my date was up at the bar trying to order dinner. Same FOH older lady also dumps all food waste and drinks off the balcony into a the private preserved dunes. Since you can't walk on them, I'm sure it's illegal to dump on them. After looking at other reviews, it seems my experience isn't unique. Many diners mention inattentive wait staff, long waits just to be acknowledged, and servers who disappear for entire meals. Literally McDonalds with a broken McFlurry machine is better than this place. Go to Emerald or Slip instead. Between the poor food quality, outdated seafood, and lack of basic service, this place is not worth the time or money for the view. Navarre Beach has far better options—skip this one.
Beware of the parking experience before you went to the restaurant. It is apparently a private lot and if you do not pay the parking fee, you will be fined. I have a handicapped permit and parked in the handicap space and was still fined. The restaurant is quite expensive and I believe the restaurant should cover parking for its patrons. I will not be back.
Overall disappointing experience. Booked this place for my girlfriend's birthday thinking the menu looked awesome and the price point indicative of a special dinner. When we arrived, hostesses made no mention of the birthday. After we were seated, we waited close to 20 minutes for water and a drink order because of some miscommunication between the hostess and waitress — waitstaff were very apologetic and we understands mistakes can happen. The entrees were okay at best, but definitely not worth the $35-$40+ cost. Shrimp in my linguine were not all cleaned properly, for example. By the end of the dinner, again no mention of the birthday. All in all, I wish I had made the drive down to Pensacola instead.
BHS can be hit or miss. Last experience here was NYE dinner with a wonderful prix fixe option. Tonight we got the miss. The service was off; having to flag the server multiple times for drinks, condiments and needs. The paired dinner wine arrived as the meal concluded. The food was good but was not a fan of the spare ribs appetizer, had great promise but largely bone. Season change here and with the tourists departure often go some of the better servers. Hoping for a hit again next visit as it is a nice spot next to the Gulf. Be advised they are monitoring parking now (which is comped) so check in at the hostess stand.
The food was just ok. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Also beware as you will be charged for parking at the restaurant even though you go in to eat, drink etc. Spend over $250 dollars on food and drinks. Then 4 days later I receive a $62.00 parking ticket for being in the parking lot for an hr and a half. I am a Navarre local and will not be returning. Plenty of other options that are much more affordable, more menu options and just as good.
The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent. Hunter was attentive and friendly. Best high end restaurant in the Florida panhandle.
View and service were amazing. Went for carpaccio that is on their online menu but it's no longer offered
It felt more like a cafeteria with a very limited menu. We made 2:45 reservations and when we arrived we were the only ones there. We told her we were a little early (2:00) for our 2:45 reservations and she said "that's a good thing that kitchen closes at 3) ????
My wife and I have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed until now. My $21 burger was ok as far as taste but the fries were awful. My wife ordered the pad Thai beef shirt ribs upon waiters recommendation. They were as tough as shoe leather. Honestly, she finally got me to try 1 and it was TOUGH. We sent it back. We were very disappointed after expecting another very good meal

Lived in Navarre for roughly 5 years and have never eaten here. Probably the best dinner we've had in Navarre. Will definitely go back. Thanks!
Worst meal I've ever had, and it's not close. I could see when they placed the scallops in front of me that they were seared beyond recognition, but they were also so over salted to the point of being inedible. Most people would have sent them back. I probably should have. I just let it go, and am writing my first review ever of any kind. We only went there because we could make a reservation and didn't want to wait in line somewhere else in the Florida heat. I assumed since they required a credit card to hold the reservation they might know how to cook. Ambiance was nice, servers did a good job, but the food was terrible and grossly overpriced. Stand in line somewhere else if you want good seafood. Ceviche was also like rubber. Beyond disappointing. Zero stars.
We are locals and haven't been here in a while. We love the location because it's the only Gulf view restaurant on Navarre Beach, but the food has been unpredictable in the past. We were seated outside so the ambiance was perfect. We were under the canopy and even with a hard rain later in the evening, we were dry and cozy. This trip was a very pleasant surprise! Everything was delicious! The menu has been elevated to a higher level with more unique choices. We tried several different items and everything was delicious. The specialty drinks were tasty, all of the appetizers were great and not too much, and the entrees were spot on. I loved my chicken Wellington and my husband is still talking about the Thai Curry Scallops. My daughter and son-in-law ordered appetizers for meals and helped me with my Wellington. Their appetizers were tasty and just enough. Unfortunately we were all too full for dessert. I will definitely be recommending Beach House Social. We will be frequenting it more often now!
The view left more to be desired, you're basically just looking at the pool area. The service was terrible. Our waiter was nice, but he had over half of the tables, including a party of 8 people. He just simply was stretched to thin. The food is way overrated and overpriced for what you're getting. The drinks were not great either. While I do appreciate a strong drink, ours were so strong I couldn't stand to even sip the thing, and I'm an avid bourbon drinker.
Portions were very small for the price. $40 for 3 scallops. Food was tasty. Service was very good.
