The general manager lady ms Jae was amazing she has changed this place around if you know anything about this location you know it was wait times wrong food etc not this time I saw people sitting in lobby so I decided to try it and wow !!!! She took my Order then I watched her go make my food and bag it within 3 minutes herself and with a smile! I must say what an absolute beauty to see someone who cares for there customers again keep up the amazing work you all must go see ms Jae and if you have any issues go to her she will fix any and all without question I e seen it

Manager told us and a doordash delivery driver that they won't deliver with doordash due to doordash allegedly owing them $33,000. Manager told doordash they have no issue with them and will continue delivering food.

Came thru drive thru last night around 945 pm, was greeted within seconds by a friendly cashier Mari my order placed within a couple minutes, and yall I was not pulled around or forward , that is amazing if ur familiar with this Burger King location, my food was made fresh to order with chicken fries and whopper junior, I got the trio deal recommended by my cashier and made my order a lot cheaper !!! everything was right, it was fresh, it was hot, I even got my sauces and only was at the window for maybe 3.5 minutes and im sure it was bc it takes that long to cook the chicken fries, I love that I didn’t have to ask for ketchup or napkins bc that should be obvious and she even gave me a fun crown , I will be back any time i dont feel like cooking, everyone needs to give them another shot, this location is not poorly managed like before I promise

Came in side around 520 pm 7/28 was met by shift manager Mary, friendly as ever, very helpful and upsold me on cheese with my sandwich, lobby and restrooms are cleaner than I’ve ever seen this place and my food was hot fresh fast and most importantly correct, this place has left a bad taste in my mouth a few times but this new team is turning it around, I will be back for sure , props to the cook in the back , perfect whopper with cheese

What is the point of a drive thru if you don’t really drive thru? I waited like 10 minutes for anyone to even take the order then I get to the window and they tell me to pull into the parking lot where everyone else is already waiting. Then when they start bringing orders out they don’t even know what car to go to so they just go up to everyone’s window asking if that’s their order. I used to work at BK in HS and it really isn’t that hard you take someone’s order they pay at the back window and by the time they get to the first window their food should be ready. This is absolutely ridiculous and as I’m writing this I’ve been here for over 25 minutes and I still don’t have any food. I love BK food but never again.
Stopped in on the way to the beach to pick up breakfast. Waited inside at the front counter as the staff continued to take drive through orders and basically ignore us for 20 minutes. After which my fiance politely asked the staff member packing food if we were going to be able to place our order. The staff member replied that they were backed up and couldn't continue to take orders until they caught up. I understand being busy and being short staffed but my biggest complaint is that all of the drive through customers were able to place and receive their orders while we waited, never being served. We left after about 25 minutes of not having our order even taken. There were only 3 customers inside including myself so it wasn't extremely busy.

Pulled in around lunchtime about a week ago was surprised there was only one person in line besides me. Ordered a double cheeseburger, ketchup only and a small fry. The fries were warm and spongy. The cheeseburger was dry. I wasn’t sure the place was open until I saw the car in the drive-through in front of me. I won’t be back.
