I very much enjoyed the flour crispy chicken tacos. He plated everything separately as per my request because I wanted to make my own to my liking. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. I was staying at Navarre and chose his restaurant because of the story on his website about how he got started in his restaurant and his mother helping him cook authentic Mexican dishes. Excellent food and I really enjoyed coming here!
I have never had a bad experience here. I love their California twist on their Mexican food. They have changed hands throughout the years and this has changed the menu and the flavors many times- but never a bad thing. Staff is always very attentive, drinks stay full and the salsa flowing. I think I have tried just about everything on the menu and I believe it is all good. Their cheese dip is the only thing I am not a fan of, but it still is not bad- just a different style than...
