Long long line. Lots of empty food bins on the serving line. 1st time in 10 years here. I like Mexican traditional restaurants better. Napkins never got refilled entire time inside, even after telling staff they were empty. I thought the food was exceptionally priced for non exceptional food. Probably will not go back again for another 10 years.
There was a lack of spice and salt, I was so excited to have Mexican food that wasn't coastal tourist bland. Guac needed salt, even the chips did too. Sofrita wasn't spicy, nor was the red sauce. I would suspect that the rice and the chicken were under salted too. I'm not a salt freak, but there's a reason why Chipotle bowls are superior, and it's not because it all blends into one indiatinct flavor.

I got a chicken bowl - with a very hearty helping of chicken and all of the additional ingredients. The staff was very nice and efficient.
I think the price is around $10.80 if you don’t order all of the extra add ons (guac, queso etc.) I usually just get the extras when I get them for free in the app. Quite frankly it’s hard to spend less than $10 on fast food nowadays so I think pricing is fair for what you get.
