Probably the last time we'll go. Took forever to get our food and the burger was so overcooked it was like shoe leather. Onion rings were cold. At least my wife's cod was good. Would have complained but after waiting so long, didn't really have time as we had to meet someone. We were late for that. Kids behind the counter were at least nice.

Honestly they're normally very good but this last visit I can't say that to be true. I ordered the butter burger, single, plain. Had to throw the entire burger out because it wasn't fully cooked. These patties are thin to begin with so really shouldn't be too hard to cook through yet here I am with an undercooked burger that is inedible.

they gave me a plain sandwhich with no mayo and didn't ask how i wanted it
they claim to allow customers to use their ev charger but that was a lie so i went through the drive thru only to be told to pull around to the front

Well the new Culver’s in Milton is fantastic!! I was not a big fan of this chain, but the one in our town is pretty awesome!!

I ordered 2 plain cheese burgers and 2 ordered of curds. It took over 30 minutes to come out and they weren’t that busy there was maybe four cars in the drive-through Including me. When it finally came out, one of the orders of cheese curds were missing.

This was the first time my husband and I have ever eaten at Culver's. I read & reread the menu so I knew what I wanted. I really wanted to like it, so did he. I got a Jr Butterburger w|o onion and a small waffle cone of the flavor of the day, which was chocolate strawberry parfait. Hubby got double deluxe with fries & lemonade. I was happy to see burgers done on a flattop so it had crispy edges, We were very much looking to taking the first bite,. yum, BUT NO!!! I thought it tasted burnt. They also put grilled onions on after I said no onion, it's even on the receipt as no onions, We both ate our meal & he said he was disappointed bc his also tasted burnt as well. The ice cream was delicious- big chunks of brownies & 🍓, The place was packed, so they must know what to order . So, I guess the moral of the story is don't mistake a well cooked burger for a burnt one , especially at night! But, to be fair, we need to try again. They were slammed on the Monday night before Thanksgiving, and may not have realized people are here for the holidays.
