We don’t have a Culvers where we live so we try to go when we are in Navarre. We love their burgers. 🍔 I thank God for the honest employees there. While visiting, I lost my credit card holder with all my cards and drivers license. After realizing I had lost it several hours after eating there and sheer panic of how I was going to get home to another state. I called and someone had found it and they locked it in the safe for me. I am so thankful for honest people. Nothing was touched.

Probably the last time we'll go. Took forever to get our food and the burger was so overcooked it was like shoe leather. Onion rings were cold. At least my wife's cod was good. Would have complained but after waiting so long, didn't really have time as we had to meet someone. We were late for that. Kids behind the counter were at least nice.
Honestly they're normally very good but this last visit I can't say that to be true. I ordered the butter burger, single, plain. Had to throw the entire burger out because it wasn't fully cooked. These patties are thin to begin with so really shouldn't be too hard to cook through yet here I am with an undercooked burger that is inedible.

they gave me a plain sandwhich with no mayo and didn't ask how i wanted it
they claim to allow customers to use their ev charger but that was a lie so i went through the drive thru only to be told to pull around to the front
