This is not good fish. We had five dishes. I had the $26 triple tail entree. This basket came with two red whole potatoes and a chunk of corn on the cob. No rice, no vegetables, just two poorly seasoned fish filets. My wife had an abomination of fried oysters, shrimp, and fish called the captains platter. This was the worst fried fish I’ve ever seen. The oyster was not edible. The kids meals (fish) were also really bad (fries were okay). If this was a fast food joint I’d give it a pass and not rate it so hard. This was toted as the best fish in Navarre by our host. I’m sorry but I couldn’t find worse fish in my home town in Michigan. I came to Florida to eat good fish and my family did not find it at Dewey Destin’s.

Great food and service. Order at the counter. Clean inside and out. Only wish the corn and potatoes were seasoned. Kinda pricey. 2 kids meals, 2 pies, scallops, mahi poboy, 4 drinks was around $80 but I'm sure real estate on the beach isn't cheap with crazy Florida insurance. My second favorite place to eat.Kid-friendliness: They offer a box of toys for the kids to play while they wait. It's also next door to a rope and Zipline park.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND NO FLAVOR!!!!!We arrived a couple of hours before we could check into our cabin. The staff at the resort recommended Dewey's because we had dogs, and it was not far from us. They are very dog friendly. Behind the restaurant, they have a beach set up with picnic tables. It is a beautiful view and the weather was perfect. However, that was the only thing we enjoyed. The food was very disappointing. We were there during lunch. The staff was extremely friendly. I had the Mahi, which was fine. My husband had the grilled shrimp. He said it was not good. My daughter had popcorn shrimp. She said it did not have any flavor. We also had the firecracker shrimp, which was the same shrimp as the popcorn shrimp but with sauce. It was better. The shrimp needed a sauce to taste good. Each of the lunch items for my husband and I came with boiled potato and corn. The potatoes were not seasoned, and the corn was not sweet. How do you have corn that is not sweet? They must have cooked them several times over and over when they had leftovers. They lost their flavor. We do not recommend them at all. Plus, we did not care for the hushpuppies or the french fries. Nothing had any flavor. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING! There are better places.

This restaurant could be great, as it is, nothing to talk about, but it has awesome potential. If only it was kept clean, especially the men’s bathroom, oh my gosh, I almost vomited. Although I am local and eat there since it has opened, if it had a good Restaurant manager It has the potential of being a sought after attraction for those who come to Florida for fresh fish, or even the locals who enjoy fish. I hate to see a good idea and a good location go downhill, so I hope the owners do something to improve. It only takes Hard work With your heart in it And I know good workers are hard to come by but not impossible.

Really good food and loved the self seating/ordering at the counter. The servings are a little small for the prices but the quality of the food made up for it. We ended up ordering crab dip and hush puppies to take home with us.

Food lacked seasoning and tasted bland. The Shrimp tasted like it was breaded with plain flour. Do not tip at the counter when they ask you to. I regret tipping at the counter before knowing if the food was good or not. Waiters barely even visited the table maybe only once or twice. Would not recommend going here. I would expect better quality of food and service with how expensive it was to eat here.
