I was greeted ,there was a staff of three some walked out the door some walked in the door but something I did notice they all washed their hands before they put their aprons on!!! You don't really see that these days if you get what I'm saying 🤮- My pizza was spot on I went in and ordered patiently waited about 10 minutes .. pizza came out just like I wanted it fresh, hot and tasty here's my pictures to prove it.. I enjoyed it...

Thanks…? When was this made? 😂 Placed order at around 4:40 to be picked up at 5:45. Got there at 5:45 and wasn’t ready til 6:05. (Or at least that’s when I was finally greeted after the line of people also waiting) took these pics when I got home 5minutes away.
Also, does that look like extra cheese? Oh, it’s not hot either. Room temp. It’s just gross.
We haven’t been going here because it’s trash every time but it’s right by the house and didn’t want to cook. Thanks for confirming this once again. Over and over with this location.

Domino's app advertises that if you order before 1 am you still get your order delivered but this location canceled our order which is bullshit don't go to this location .
We carried out . They said 20 minutes, it was 20 minutes,great food and friendly staff.

Sort of hidden in the back, traffic in area is always hectic, and getting worst. This particular store service and quality always has been anywhere from good to not so much.

While the initial issue was with the online system and how it integrates with Domino's system, the way the GM spoke to me was uncalled for. My account has my address with the apartment number saved, however the apartment number did not show up for the delivery driver. Also, for some reason my phone number associated was a landline that hasnt been in use in over 5 years. This was not a change I made to my profile. In fact, I have placed orders and received calls from drivers to my cell phone numerous times in the past. But the system somehow pulled from old information. When I asked if there was someone she could talk to about the problem, she responded "Well I'm the GM." with the energy of that meme we all love of "I'm the manager." Unfortunately, she wasn't talking to a Karen but a fellow restaurant manager. I simply said "OK and isn't there someone higher than you or in a different position that you can pass this to?" She just reiterated that it wasn't their fault and for me to create a new account and that would fix the issue (losing my points in the process).
I never once blamed her or the delivery driver, in fact I said I'm not blaming her but that if there is a problem with the system, it needs to be addressed. I have since re-checked my account and it does have all of the information including apartment number. The problem is on DOMINO'S end. Not mine, not the individual restaurant, but the company hired by the corporate office who has a bug in the system.
The GM here really could use a bit of self initiative to instead of immediately rebuffing and fault to investigate and reach out to the correct higher ups to check the system.
Also - this is possibly the same GM who when I had an issue with a pizza being delivered didn't offer to do anything for me after I called 3 times and waited over an hour and a half just to have them agree to at least remake them. So...yeah. Food it great. Just bad leadership.

I only give it a 4 because y’all don’t deliver to my house! Neither does gulf breeze Dominoes and I’m right in the middle of both locations.

Would not serve us. we pulled up to order a pizza they said they only deliver which was fine. Ask to deliver they proceeded to tell me the house we are staying at which was less than 2 miles away was to far! So I ask if he would just deliver to our car waiting 3 feet from their door. They said no again, this place is not worth your time or money. Absolutely disgusting service

We ordered a.pair of the 2 topping mediums for 7.99 each or something like that. They were disgusting. I couldn't wait to throw them in the trash bin. I know they are cheap, but come on... these tasted like old crap ingredients that may have been a year past expired. I have not always had a bad experience with Domino's, but this was bad enuff that I will NEVER order pizza from any of their chains ever again.

Ordered a 4 topping pizza and the amount of toppings was very lacking . How can you not put more the a few jalapeños and green olives on a pizza . Especially when I pad extra . When I called to tell them about it . All I got was we'll make sure it never happens again.
