There’s plenty of specialty donut shops around. Don’t waste your money here. They are always out of something, the donuts looked like they were made in a hurry. The powdered donuts are awful it barley has any powdered sugar on them. The traffic on 98 was so bad that I stopped at this Dunkin just to spend some time and have a coffee. The chocolate frosted donut barley had any chocolate on it, I was angry that the one time a week I decided to cheat on my diet was this stiff donut. Every time I come they have such high turn over that people are in a bad mood and one time I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes without any cars in line because the employee complained that she couldn’t take my order until everyone inside cleared out and that she was short staffed because people keep quitting.

I have visted this location on three separate occasions. They never have any Donuts or Munchkins. They advised it would be an hour wait. Really an hour.
Will not be back.

They are always out of something. If it's not vanilla ice, it's bagels. Plain bagels. So if they are out of vanilla ice they can't make milkshakes. I was so excited for this to open in Navarre but they are so terrible.

Julian and Ash were excellent taking our orders and very patient with the little people in our party. They made them feel special. Julian made the best Mongonada smoothie. We have returned to this location because of them!

A decent Dunkins donuts. The service is great and the facility is nice. Unfortunately when comparing to Good Things Donuts for me Dunkins falls short. Still good donuts with a decent selection of flavors. Prices are good as well.

Husband ordered a drink and was told an ingredient was out of stock for it and installed of providing options for substitutes she just made it like he had to order something else. We also bought chocolate milk for my daughter that we figured out later when she didn’t drink it that expired 2 days ago on 8.28.2024. Called and asked for manager and was told there was no manager on shift, told girl about issue and she just giggled and sat there then finally said “what do you want a refund”. I replied no I want you to make sure other kids aren’t getting expired milk. When you pay $40.00 for donuts and drinks services could be better to say the least.

Terrible, RUDE employees. Don’t know how to properly serve their customers or simply have some manners. They don’t know how to do their jobs. There have been 2 times now I have waited almost 25 minutes for a single iced coffee (even after ordering 15 mins in advance online!!!) + have absolutely no manners. They stare at you waiting for you to order without even saying hello. They are uninformed on how the app works when you need some assistance (never been somewhere that has a mobile app with employees that stare at it like it’s foreign.)

Waited 20 minutes in store after placing a mobile order 20 min. in advance AND I had to catch the attention of two employees who were busy and trying not to interact with customers. I did this twice in order to push my own order along... all of this while they continued to ring in more orders only to have those back up just like mine, as well. MANAGAEMENT- schedule someone to be stationed at that pickup corner to work independently to solve issues, and then you'll be golden. Maybe this person is only needed in summer or on weekends.
