We don't have donuts often so we hope they are spectacular when we do. Disappointing, these donuts did not taste very good. I feel like they are made somewhere else and trucked into this store. We were there at 9:30 but everything was cold and did not seem very fresh. We were going to order five donuts but the guy was really pushy about getting six. That 6th one is probably going in the trash. The store is very modern and clean though. I feel like maybe the ice cream would have been a better choice.

I dined in, but it was EXTREMELY cold. The donut was nearly $3, but it’s spring break season and temperatures are arising, however I had a good first experience with service and food.

I’ve never left a negative review in my life. But this one’s worth it. Ordered 1/2 dozen assorted donuts and two drinks. All the donuts received were chocolate (kids were thrilled, but most of us aren’t huge fans). We got two pineapple drinks instead of strawberry ? again, the kids were thrilled at the mistake but I’d like my churro donut and strawberry drink. For $30+….c’mon.

Why is it that your store is open but you don’t have donuts ? to serve your customers? I was craving some donuts so me and my husband decided to make a trip to pick up some donuts and what do you know the server told us we don’t have any donuts and we have been out since this afternoon. I ask if they were going to have any more made since it was only 5:30pm and they didn’t closed until 10pm. She said no. I advised them they should closedown for the night. Waste of trip!!! Navarre Dunkin Donuts sucks!!

Ive been into this store on a couple of occasions. Every time ive wondered what the 3 emploees purpous was that are usually standing by the back drivethrough window seamingly doing nothing. My guess is that they all have to be the product testers by all the copious amount of food and drink they all seem to be hoarding and indulging in when they let their other cowokers help all the customers they like to watch from the back with a slack jawed drooling stare.Keep up the good work girls, your navarre community is counting on you.

First time this morning walking into this location and picking up early morning order(6:30am). Everything was ready 10 minutes prior me walking in. I placed my order online the day before and this location was sparkle clean, excellent customer service ? ? ?

I have given this place so many chances. Why are they serving coffee flavored milk? That's basically what you get if you order from here. After being burned twice, I specifically asked to have mine made darker and was still served a large milk with creamer and a splash of coffee. And just for reference, I ordered 2 different drinks and they both came out exactly the same. When I asked to have it remade because I ordered coffee darker, I was told "they had no control over the color it turns out". They also refused to give me money back because that is how "coffee is supposed to look at Dunkin".I went to McDonald's right down the road and ordered a large black coffee and poured the entire cup into my iced coffee. Still too light to be actually called an iced coffee. The frozen coffee I just dumped down the drain because it was not made properly either and served to me 75% melted. Pictures for reference against a white background. 1st is after adding a large black coffee to ice coffee and the 2nd is the melted frozen coffee.
