I have eaten at El Paso twice... terrible. The order gets screwed up and it is not of very good quality. The waitress dropped a packet of dressing that hit the floor, then put it in my salad. Do not eat here!

Convenient location in the middle of the plaza. Food was very easy to order online and pick up. We received texts during the making of our food of how done it was. Food was packaged well inside the bag. Food was reasonably priced and was high quality for the low cost. I would recommend eating here if you want some authentic Mexican dishes.

Food was not good. Chimichanga was not deep fried. Chicken on the nachos most definitely came from a can. The food came out mere minutes after we ordered. Sketchy. The live music was not worth it.

Been ordering from here for a year my daughter loves it here she usually picks up our order. It's been about thee months since the last time we ordered. This time I decided to go in myself it's the first time I've been inside. WOW it's so charming and bright love the colors and decor the music, the staff are super nice and professional. I really have enjoyed the food in the past and I usually order the red sauce over my enchiladas I decided to get the chile verde this evening along with a small guacamole. I don't know if they have changed cook's but everything was bland no flavor no seasoning or salt. The portions have been great I always have leftovers for the next day. This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with the food. I hope it was only this evening and this isn't going to be a repeated pattern. I really don't like the fact we have to drive to Fort Walton or Pensacola to get good tasting food. Even though the food flavor isn't exact but in the past it's been close to what I grew up. I'll have to wait and see the next time we order.

I ordered two tacos, an enchilada, a margarita, small queso and guacamole. I told the bartender about how I wasn't happy with the food and politely asked her not to charge me for the tacos or the guacamole. And to add to that, it was the smallest encheladaI I had ever seen in my life, and I love mexican food. I'm a chef. The guacamole was loaded with onions, in my opinion making it undeniable. The tacos tasted like wood or cardboard. I ordered two and took one bite and it was gross. She still charged me, and I didn't want to just walk out. I called and spoke with a woman supervisor, the manager apparently takes a break from 2 pm to 5 pm. That's unheard of in a restaurant. Needless to say I ended up paying for everything, even though I didn't eat it. When I spoke with the woman she said "well that's what you ordered.". Like, yeah but it was gross, I wasn't happy with it and didn't eat it. I will be calling my bank on Monday. And possibly to get a new debit card, it was either left there or not given back to me, and it's red. Don't go there.

I am sad to give this review. I have really enjoyed my food and experience here until this evening. Now, I know sometimes one's game can be off, and it might not be fair to judge based on one or two bad experiences; however, tonight I was served rotten food. Yes, rotten food. Unfortunately for me, I did not realize this until after I took my first bite. My chicken street tacos tasted sour, and I had to spit out my bite. Looking at the cilantro and onions on my food, they were well past their date, and smelled of rotten vegetables. The chicken was stone cold and even the sides of extra onion and cilantro I ordered with them had an off-colored yellowish tinge to them with black spots on the cilantro. I was disgusted, and even more disgusted when no one from the restaurant (management staff) even came to the table to apologize. Honestly, I think that was just as bad as getting rotten food. Obviously, they did not care. I am just hoping I do not get sick later on. This place started out so good, and we do not have a great deal of choices in our small town. I will never return to this establishment.

You will not receive a taste of El Paso from this place. When I first walked in, I instantly smelled sewer pipes. Should've left then, but I was in a hurry and had not eaten all day. After I was seated, it took 15 minutes before a waitress came to the table. I had one of the lunch specials with 1 taco, 1 enchilada, and one burrito. I never received my rice and beans, and I ordered two shredded beef flautas on the side. My taco was drenched from grease from the meet... and the tortillas from my enchilada and burrito weren't even baked... just dough. My burrito was drenched in enchilada sauce... the sauce tasted like canned spaghetti sauce. My flautas were burnt. The chips that were brought out were reheated in grease. I wouldn't doubt it if they weren't reused from previous tables. I ordered queso on the side, which came out hard. I was so disappointed. The waitress's attitude changed from mediocre to worse when I told her that the sweet tea I ordered was not sweet. She bought me my check and I'm sure she knew I was not taking any to go boxes because she did not ask. A waste of $30. While I was signing my receipt a baby roach decided to climb out of my chips and join me! Doesn't get any better than that! Here's the video! I will never go back! Most Mexican restaurants are terrible in Navarre... the closest that I've tasted to authentic Mexican food... close to el paso,TX Mexican food is Rio Bravo and Pedro's is sometimes a hit or miss situation.

First visit. Food was good. The kitchen did not provide enough food for the price paid.
