I wanted to take a moment to recognize Shaun for his exceptional service during our recent vacation. His poolside hospitality was truly top-notch—easily the best I’ve experienced. Shaun was not only incredibly attentive and friendly, but also impressively organized and knowledgeable. Despite managing multiple orders, he always remembered exactly what we needed and delivered everything with a genuine smile.

He quickly became someone we looked forward to seeing each day. On the days he wasn’t working, the pool just didn’t have the same energy. When he was there, the entire atmosphere was more enjoyable and upbeat.

I sincerely hope you’ll consider having him scheduled at the pool more often. He made a lasting impression and truly elevated our experience.

We stayed at the beach for 3 days, and Emera was close and convenient for beverages and lunch as it is just a short walk from the sand. Drinks and food are great and fast! Our bartender Brian was fun, informative, and made us some terrific cocktails.
