Great food, horrible management/problem solving. Did not want or ask for a refund, but they were having problems with their APP....our order came incorrect, we weren't asking for a reorder or refund....I just asked if they would look into fixing the online order issues.....I was told "nothing I can do about that, I can maybe pass it along but you've already paid" I stopped him at "already paid" as I wasn't asking for a refund. I told him we love the pizza here but wanted to let them know there was a problem with our order. . The app order didn't match the delivery we got. Again "nothing I can do"

Need to hire Julian back as a manager. 2 time had to wait longer then the track by 20+ minutes. Gave my pizza to door dash lady.

This restaurant came through for us big time. The manager here is awesome. We had another local pizza establishment cancel a catering reservation 2 days prior to needing them. We call HH and the manager took care of us. They were able to fulfill the very large order, everything was done right on time, and the pizza, sandwiches and bread were all cooked to perfection. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend them.
Overall 4 stars! Fast, friendly, 4 stars because they took longer than usual and my pizza had bubbled up- I forgot to check it. :-/ the atmosphere is ok but literally a pizza joint should not blast rap music (which is fun to listen too) …but maybe find something in the middle that mixes it up a bit. Remember we have seniors and children in the dining area and I don’t want to sit and dine when there is cursing in the radio with my kids is all.

Ordered take out from this place for the first time. This is the most salty pizza I have ever had in my life. There was so much salt used it burned your tongue. If they would lay off the salt it would have been good. Also, my family said the wings had no flavor whatsoever.
