Jersey Mike's Subs

I eat here for lunch at least once a week. Super friendly staff, fast service and quality sandwich. Shout out to Wyatt for his great customer service.

When you call the store, speak directly to the manager after submitting an online order and it still comes out wrong....

The order was not correct. The Employee did not even try to listen. He kept with the yea, yea, I got it. He even tried to charge for a large drink after he told me they were out of large cups. SMH.

I cannot EXPRESS how stupid this place is. I called multiple times after placing my order. No answer. I even added in the instructions what to add. When the guy got there to pickup my order I asked him to make sure to let them know I wanted to add Mayo, Lettuce and Tomato to my sub and NO peppers. The guy said yes it was on the receipt so it was added to the sub. My food just got here and guess what? They messed it up. Why the hell is EVERY Jersey Mike’s like this? I will not be back. I’m highly disappointed. They are the stupidest people and cannot follow simple instructions. I am so aggravated at this place. Definitely do not recommend ever ordering because they will ALWAYS mess it up. Go in person because if you don’t the half brains won’t make your food correctly literally ever. Worst $40 of my life.
