Excellent food and service. Store was clean and it didn't take long to get our food. Everything was fresh and flavorful. A year ago, this place was not clean and the workers could have cared less. Now, the place runs like a well-oiled machine. Very impressed.

Jersey Mike's Subs in Navarre, FL is great! Food 5/5. Service 5/5. Ambiabce 5/5. This Jersey Mikes location is consistent!! They are clean, great customer service, and the remodel looks amazing! The manager is personable and always greets everyone with a smile, and so do all the associates!

We needed a quick lunch while out preparing for our Thanksgiving feast. This was our first experience at Jersey Mike's. We both ordered the Italian on rolls. They offer wraps, salad bowls and different sized subs. We saw them slice the lunch meat fresh for each order, can't recall ever seeing that happen in this area before! Topping selections included the usual lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, but also hot pepper spread and oil and vinegar. All in all the subs were fresh, delicious and the staff was pleasant and quick. We were on our way in no time with very full bellies.

Was just in for a couple of incredible sandwiches. One for my vegetarian wife. It's not uncommon to sometimes find out the order was a bit incorrect, so I don't get bent out of shape over it. The folks at Jersey Mike's bent over backwards to please us. We order there all the time and have never been disappointed! Thanks good people!Vegetarian options: Great sandwiches and salads for vegetarians.

Piss poor sandwich making skills. The big kahuna is supposed to have grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers and jalapeños on it. Mine only had like 5 jalapeños on the giant. No grilled onions, mushrooms or peppers. 17.00 sandwich. SMH

Jersey Mike's in Navarre, Florida needs a new Lead or Manager! I know times are hard, but if you don't want to make sandwiches please do something else! As soon as I walked up to the counter the individual in the photo ask me "What do I want?" with a tone. I'm assuming he's a manager or lead because he was wearing a different kind of shirt and only him and another younger male were visible. Mine you, the place wasn't even busy! I was the only person in line and there were two other tables seated. As I'm deciding, the Lead mumbled something under his breath that I didn't hear clearly and went to the back. I knew this was off because the junior employee looked at him several times, but didn't say anything as he was obviously his junior. The junior employee was really nice! So, I asked for a Number 8, the junior employee looked back to the rude Lead again and he finally came back up front. At this time, I had been there for several minutes and I'm the only one in line. The rude Lead had on the same gloves he used from the back and proceeded to use his hand to wipe off the counter, then grabbed a piece of bread to make my sandwich. I immediately asked for a new piece because that was unsanitary and is not proper food handling etiquette. He goes to the back with the same gloves, grabs a new piece of bread and literally throw the piece with force he contaminated the first time back with all the other bread He then walks back to the back with an attitude leaving the junior employee to make my sandwich. I asked the junior employee the name of the rude Lead and asked if he was related to the owner, because how could someone be so rude and obviously not like their job still be there. He apologized for the Lead and told me that the Lead wasn't a relative that he know of but couldn't give out names, so here he is (see attached photo). What customer service job do you know of that doesn't wear name tags or give out names? Not even a first name So, I took his photo for reference. He told me I didn't have permission to take his photo and I told him "He could go straight to Hell, because this is a public place and he was being disgusting and so was his attitude!" I couldn't even eat the sandwich, I was so grossed out I believe he's just an ugly person and I know this is not a representation of Jersey Mike's but him. I loved Jersey Mike's and went a couple times a week in San Diego. I just moved here in the last few months and have been to JM's several time and received poor service every time. I only went back this time, because I received Birthday Loyalty Points and wanted to give them another chance; I will not be going back! How can someone so unprofessional be a Lead? I never even wronged this person, so why was his attitude so ugly? I even asked him what the problem was because I was generally confused by his behavior and actions and he had no reason other than they were busy. Yet, it's been like 15-20mins and no one has come in. It's just me and one table of two in the corner. The bread throw was supposed to be a screw me for speaking out about his unprofessionalism and cleanliness. It's okay, I will be contacting the Santa Rosa Department of Health, because this store does not care and it shows! I will be taking my business to Firehouse Subs from here on out because who wants food poisoning?! Corporate, if you want to know why this store has poor retention rates I can tell you it's because of the management. Also, I can tell by order of their reviews for this store that they have been paying to have their negative comments removed check out their Google and Yelp and look at their comments and images. Doing this doesn't change the problem, however better pay, food handling training and new employees will!
