We received very rude service from the manager Destiny. We questioned our order being range up incorrectly and she said that it was cheaper the way it was. It was not. I am more upset how she spoke to my wife than I am over a couple of dollars.
Most of the staff has been fantastic. I have had a couple orders messed up but they have been quick to apologize and fix the mistake. Things happen and being nice goes a long way. Thank you to the rest of the team.

Needs new management asap. 5 pm rush hour had to wait 15 minutes after drive through order for 1 famous bowl. The employee who was very young, apologized and said they were the only 2 people working. Whoever is managing the schedule needs to be fired and apologize to their employees. 19 Nov 24.

Ever since they have done remodeling, the food tastes sooo much better, and the service was much nicer than before. Not sure if they went under new management, but they finally done something right. I love their chicken Popeyes.

Is the third time in the last eight weeks we have went there to order a family chicken meal of 12 or more pieces of chicken and they don’t have any tell us it’s gonna be 20 minutes to cook more. So I asked what do you have original crispy? What if we mix it up? No, it’s 20 minutes. We’re all out of chicken. Whoever manages this place must be the world’s worst because in eight weeks having that happen on three separate occasions is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. It is the most absurd thing I’ve ever seen in my life at a restaurant.

i went to this place after my fishing trip and we were hungry so we went here. we ordered our food we saw alot of people waiting for the food but we didnt matter so we just waited anyways.30 minutes later,we had enough of it, we went in to the KFC and we saw 2 people FLIRTING. I'm pretty sure one was 40 and one was a minor. So thats why i wrote this.

Ordered online for pick up. I was the only customer in the building. There were no orders in the pick up spot. Not a single employee came up to front. Finally, After standing at the counter, waving, I had to literally yell, several times, "HELLO!" My order was sitting on the back counter. I ordered 2 sides of mashed potatoes & gravy. They forgot the gravy. I called the number in this Google listing twice. It is answered by a fax machine. I was a little inconvenienced, now I'm just disgusted.

I really don’t think it’s good the was nice but gave us the wrong order when we spent 70 bucks for the whole big family we ended up getting 30 dollars worth of food and employees gave us judgy looks also mobile app said 5 minutes left and it took about 25
My husband and I stop here for our kfc fix as it is our local KFC restaurant. Lately they have been out of stuff (food) pretty often. Today after ordering the saucy nuggets we find out they were out of both sauces so we got unsauced nuggets. We were able to get some sauces on the side after asking for them. My husband wanted to speak to the manager as this keeps happening to us at this location (food being out but we are not told until after we have already paid and then have to sub in something different). The manager however was hiding in the back cooking area peaking out at him at the counter and refused to come out. My husband is a general manager himself in a similar industry and so he is not belligerent, rude, or otherwise difficult to deal with as he knows that's not how anything is accomplished. He just wanted the manager to hear him out about how many issues we have had lately to see what is going on. But the manager instead chose to hide behind his teen employees and let them clean up his mess. Shameful. The teens were trying their best that is why I give 2 stars. Maybe one of them can be promoted to manager, I am sure they will do a better job than Mr. Scaredy-Cat.

Went for the first time since moving here years ago. They were completely out of dark meat??!!! Yikes! Never experienced that in the handful of times I've been to a KFC in my life, lol. Definitely not going back.

My husband and I stop here for our kfc fix as it is our local KFC restaurant. Lately they have been out of stuff (food) pretty often. Today after ordering the saucy nuggets we find out they were out of both sauces so we got unsauced nuggets. We were able to get some sauces on the side after asking for them. My husband wanted to speak to the manager as this keeps happening to us at this location (food being out but we are not told until after we have already paid and then have to sub in something different). The manager however was hiding in the back cooking area peaking out at him at the counter and refused to come out. My husband is a general manager himself in a similar industry and so he is not belligerent, rude, or otherwise difficult to deal with as he knows that's not how anything is accomplished.
