The new cheese curds taste just like A&W cheese curds that I’ve been missing. Their spicy chicken wings are great. I also ordered the chicken pot pie, but was disappointed to once again see they crimped the tin on purpose all the way around. This means abt 1/4-1/3 less pot pie filling than if it was intact. I wish if they needed smaller pot pies they would use the appropriate size, instead of making me feel they are skimping.

Can only do two orders from the drive thru? Its not okay horrible service barely speaks English and took forever 510 pm on December 18th that guy at the drive through shouldn't be working in customer service

Little disappointed I stopped here yesterday I just wanted some coleslaw so I figured okay I'll get a thing of a chicken gizzards. And so when I got to the window they said it's going to be a little bit so pull up. I did something wrong my order out just from the gizzards. No soda and no coleslaw. So I had to go in and get that then they recharge me for them again. Manager didn't care from what I can tell they do not have enough employees there. Same person who was taking your money was the same person making your food ridiculous.

The way they handle drive thru times is wrong. Dont trick the system if you cant get food out quickly enough OR dont explain it to the customer that your doing it. Both visits took over 12 mins to clear the food, so it should show to the district 12 mins. Again, it makes it worse they explain to you theyre doing it. Weird - wont be back.

This KFC is very clean and updated. The employees seem to have a great attitude and we're very friendly. The food was served quickly and exceeded our expectations. Both my wife and I ordered the 6 piece combo with one side and a drink. We were both very satisfied with our experience. Great job KFC Navarre.

They totally screwed up our order at the drive through. We placed our order and had to wait 20 minutes. The order had the wrong pieces the wrong coating and the none of tbe sauces we requested were in our bag. We wil NOT be back.
