I’ve been coming to this location for years and have no complaints other than some very rude customers like the reviewer before me, Who walked in after my family and waited all of 30 seconds before YELLING thru the kitchen for help at the counter. I have a VERY large family and the workers there have never been anything but courteous and helpful. With a family my size things will get missed or messed up, but that is every food establishment. I won’t walk in guns blazing, I walk in with understand and a smile. I have always been helped quickly and apologetically. Funny how a smile and a little extra patience can make such a difference. Keep it up Navarre McDonald’s, don’t let people who clearly don’t have enough to do ruin your night.

I love McDs, been coming all my life. Even worked there when 15.
But the one by 87 in Navarre, for all the Christian music etc., has the most careless service I've ever had at McDs.
I stand at the counter for ten minutes or longer, with employees looking at me and then going about texting their friends or ??
I'll even ask point blank, "would you get someone to help me if you won't" and they just walk away and start talking to their buddys lol
I decided if it happened 2 more times I'd write this review, so it's not like this is a passionate upset review. Only upsetting that I have to write it for how passionate I am about the American institution.
To be fair, I asked the manager about it and apparently he has no authority over the kids, just all the responsibility for the whole service and I commend him. I feel his pain and know he is right. He can't fire anyone, can't repremand them. He can only continue to ask them to do their job. This is an upper management issue. Either they crack a whip or many children's first jobs will set a bad pace for the next and their futures are compromised like the manager in duties authority.
What's wrong with the next gen. I kindly ask why I wait ten minutes or longer everytime I come and they look at me like I'm stark raving mad to be so rude. Lol
Do your job, stop texting and chatting while we wait. Two adults handle the whole breakfast rush (have to wait then too, but because they are running their legs off), but ten energetic kids can't get the counter?
Fast food?! And the App is suppose to speed it up lol don't get me started on how it gums it up (but that it actually pays to use it).
It's a sad thing that I am having to go this far in hopes of Costas taking notice, but If it weren't for Carolyn keeping the restaurant clean the health department would probably have to shut them down.
So sorry, so sad. Let's get back to people helping people and less pumping out food for apps and proxy delivery clients.

Food is good but they’re replacing dates on food to minimally save on food costs. This is very dangerous because you don’t know if they’re rotating out these items when they replace the stickers. Photo shows where they’re folding down the date stickers so they can easily replace them.

Nicest mcd we have been too! The kids play place is an interactive undersea theme, so bright and fun and super clean. The employees were all very nice, food service super fast.
Amazingly incompetent experience. Used the McDonalds App to place a simple order of cheeseburger & fries, wait to order in the drive thru for 8 minutes even though there were no queue of drive-thru vehicles on a Friday evening at 8pm. Finally confirmed my order and pulled forward to receive. Confusion on my order, requiring me to show the mobile app receipt of the order and asked to pull forward. Waited for an additional 8 minutes and required showing my receipt to 3 other employees. Finally receive my 'order' after it was confused with another waiting customer because the staff felt the need to add "extra food" (that I didn't order) to make up for my wait. Great....so I endured a 20 minute ordeal for cold fries and cold sandwich. I'm not sure how something so simple can get screwed up so severely and no one had any organization or process behind their service

They have a play place still and it's McDonald's so you get what you're paying for. But the Spicy Chicken Supreme Sandwich was surprisingly good. The food was delivered to the table and the play place was well kept and clean. There was plenty of staff on hand for the lunch rush as well which is always nice.
