Went through drive thru and after 10 or so minutes got our order. Driving out of the parking lot, wife discovered contents of the bag was not what we ordered. Parked and wife went in to report the issue. Handed back the food and waited another 15 minutes before food was ready. Manager never offered any type of apology or even contacted my wife. She had to go back to the counter to request our food and the bag was sitting on the counter. Not a good experience at all.

We had breakfast sandwiches and they where pretty good! Nice and hot, fresh eggs, cheese and sausage. Customer service was awesome. The two fruit drinks we got were very watered down, so thats the reason for 4 stars.

We were excited to get a Panera close to where we live, but it’s repeatedly been a let down. This morning we ordered a few breakfast items, Bacon/Egg/Cheese on a bagel. This is the result - No cheese, and half or a quarter of the usual egg portion. Out of Everything bagels too at 9am - not mad about that part.
Management needs to do better, not only are food orders coming out wrong, they’re not putting the full ingredients in. The Fort Walton Panera has been much more consistent over the years.

Another great experience here…. NOT! This Panera is awful. Sometimes the food is ok and other times it’s this. Half a sandwich is rarely ever half. Usually you get 1/3. Someone there doesn’t know how to cut down the middle. Today the creamy chicken and rice soup was WATER. So watery they handed the bag out soaked. Management sucks at this location. The whole staff needs to be fired because they clearly lack common sense and care. Food costs too damn much to get 💩 that’s not edible. Refunded on Door Dash and went elsewhere You’ll also wait 30min in the drive thru with just two cars ahead of you. It’s ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru on multiple occasions and they routinely are out of certain bagels and pastries. Not sure why it is a continual issue. It’s not even tourist season anymore 🙄

We visited Panera in Navarre after church on Sunday for lunch. The reason for my glowing review is the kind and wonderful lady working the register named Becca. She was so happy, and kind. She spoke to us as though she truly cared about everything from our order to how our day was. During our lunch I noticed her actively pitching in to help other team members when there was no one at the register, all with the biggest smile. The world needs more Becca's!

Second time eating there both times the broccoli chedder soup was weirdly chunky and the gave me the wrong dripper sandwich dip. I ordered the chicken pesto but got some kind of onion dip.

Horrible food worse service. Ap doubled my order. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant she say “That’s an ap issue. I’ll give you both”. She indeed gave me both. And charged me both.
I attempted to rectify it through the ap customer service who refused to refund the duplicate order.
Very disappointing 2nd visit. I’ve always enjoyed Panera bread and about the only fast food restaurant I’ll visit. Floors were sticky with napkins and crumbs outside the garbage can. All empty tables looked dirty with drink stains and crumbs. We asked for food to go instead. Hoping the sanitary conditions improve.

I Door Dashed a green goddess chicken cob salad. It arrived with no tomatoes, no avocado, half of a boiled egg, and three bits of bacon. I am a longtime fan of Panera, and this was incredibly disappointing.

First time visiting the Panera Bread in Navarre, and I honestly don’t get the negative reviews—our experience was fantastic! I’ve been to plenty of Paneras, and this one really stood out. The staff was super friendly, the restaurant was spotless and well managed, and our food came out quickly. Everything was fresh, delicious, and even better than expected. Definitely a five-star visit!

Worse location ever!!!! Out of everything, blamed being out due to an event. If you are having an event, doesn’t it make sense to look at what you have and if you are running low make more…. Rather take it out of the freezer as the manager stated it takes two hours to be ready after getting it out of the freezer…
