Ordered two large pizzas with spicy Italian sausage. When we got home, both pizzas looked like the picture below. There is hardly any cheese and a few sausages on the pizza. I'm not sure why they are skimping on ingredients, but it's unacceptable. Will not be back

What's up with pizza anymore? Papa John's has followed Dominoes in decent pizza gone bad. Crust is not fresh - looks dang near like a frozen crust thawed and ran through a dough sheeter. $20 for medium sausage onion mushroom for pick up. Perhaps 4 sausage crumbles, 3 onion pieces and 3 pcs mushroom each slice. Sorely lacked sauce too. NOT CUT. Come on Papa John's! Guess its back to NYPD (which lately has been lacking as well). BOOOOOOO

I love this Papa John's- I am a big Pizza fan and Papa John's is one of my favorites out of all the chains. We recently moved here from Pcola where I had continuous issues with attitude from the staff and forgetting every single extra sauce ( I am a sauce lover) which would cost too much to be forgotten on a delivery order *E nine mile store** BUT not this Papa Johns!! This one located in Navarre always is so fresh- hot and delicious. The staff especially I am guessing a newly hired manager named Nico are so pleasant, welcoming and NEVER forget one single item- Small sauces included. I love finding places that are on top of what they offer and not only do they do it exceptionally well but also do it with a smile and makes me feel like always ordering from there because I know it will be such a win and enjoyable. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up its always such a pleasure ordering from this store!! <3
I normally don’t write reviews about wings—because how hard is it to get wings right? Apparently, harder than I thought. I’ve tried both your bone-in and boneless options multiple times, and each time I open the box, it’s like someone accidentally sneezed a tiny bit of sauce across the top and called it a day.
Let me be clear: I didn’t order artfully drizzled chicken nuggets. I ordered wings. SAUCY. STICKY. TOSSED. You know—the way wings are supposed to be made since the dawn of deep fryers.
Instead, I’m getting dry, lukewarm sadness with a splash of regret. If I wanted to toss them myself, I’d just buy frozen wings and do it at home. But no, I came to Papa expecting at least a stepdad level of effort, and I got slapped with disappointment in a cardboard box.
Please—for the love of flavor—help a brother out. TOSS. THE. WANGS.

Too much crust, not enough toppings. We ordered 3 pizzas, and they all had a massive amount of crust. I asked one of the managers if this was normal, and he said yes.. and that was the end of the conversation. As you can see from the pic, this isn't a normal Papa John's pizza.
I guess the manager didn't care one way or the other because they have so much business being a vacation spot, and they're the only Papa John's in town. Definitely a bad experience with both the pizza and the customer service.

A door dashers nightmare! You will be waiting 15-20 min everytime you pick up an order from here. They have even took the tips off the dasher/uber drivers runs hints the good ole $2.50 run. Only recommend if you’re not dashing this store and getting delivery.
