This particular Papa John's is my go to pizza place. I've never had a bad experience and yesterday I was having a bad day and the manager or assistant manager... can't remember right now…., was especially accommodating and turned my entire day around! Thank you. I hope your corporate office recognizes how special you are.
I haven’t had Papa John’s in a few years and was a little excited. We tried the new stuff crust pizza. Very disappointing the pizza was thrown together and lacked flavor. The staff was nice but the store smelled of marijuana.

The online ordering is a joke.
You get a text that says your pizza is ready for pick-up, and you go in to "pick it up," the said "pizza" and the person making the pizza says it's not ready. So you have to wait 20 more minutes before your "ready to be picked up pizza" is actually done.
I don't slight the woman making the pizzas. In her defense,...
