Samurai Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

I ordered here last night on Uber Eats and received the worst sushi of my entire life. The Black Dragon Roll I ordered was a few sprigs of celery wrapped around by an inch of rice and no eel at all on top other than some eel sauce and black tobiko. I've ordered here before with no issue but there must have been a chef change or some other. I would not recommend going until they address their current issues.

Edit to Add: I've ordered from here every month to 2 weeks for the past 2 years. I will be hesitant to try again.

Good choice for Japanese style dining. Hibachi and western style seating. Bento box special is quite large. Steak wa perfectly prepared. Local art also available for sale displayed on walls.

I visited for lunch.

Appetizers:
The miso soup was slightly sour and a bit thin in flavor.
The sushi rice was dry and not even seasoned as vinegared rice.
The yakitori, however, was quite tasty.

Main:
I ordered the Tonkatsu Bento. Despite the thickness of the breading, it had an unexpectedly crisp texture and the pork inside was wonderfully tender.
The tempura was also perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce paired well with it. I was impressed by the variety of tempura included.
The fried rice was a little greasy but pleasantly fluffy and not clumpy.

The fried dishes were especially delicious. I’d definitely like to come back again.

Amazing food and our server Katie was very nice and attentive! Our habachi chef was really fun and the food was amazing! I’m definitely coming back! Lobster and Steak habachi for the win.

The chefs are entertaining and funny and the food is delicious... There's also a crazy electronic waiter that travels through the restaurant 😯.... So Kool 😁

This was probably my worst restaurant experience ever, we walked in and was greeted instantly, they asked if we wanted to do hibachi or dine in & we said hibachi, they asked us to give them a minute and we sat down for atleast 10 minutes before I decided to get up and change it to dine in, we were seated and then weren’t greeted by our server for about ten minutes (which was the same guy who greeted us at the door), we ordered all of our food at once , we had calamari, the fried poppers, sashimi and shrimp dumplings, 3 of the appetizers came out at the same time, all were cold, and we tried a little of everything and pushed it to the end of the table, there were no napkins, when asked for them the server literally gave us 2 napkins, we waited probably half an hour for our dinner, mine came out first, I had a bento box, my food was cold, my boyfriend had a poke bowl and it took about 30 minutes after my food came out for his to come out with the 4th appetizer. The server only offered a refill one time and never asked about quality of the food. Overall we were in there for about two hours. Definitely will never eat there again..
