This restaurant is heaven on earth. My husband and I both ordered the fish sandwich with coleslaw and it was to die for. I ordered the barbecue beans for my side and they were amazingly delicious. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
My favorite place to get my fix for raw oysters, and the hush puppies, shrimp and fried fish are all excellent as well. The platter is an also great way to try a bit of everything and there's enough to share between two people, plus you get free refills!
The building may be basic, but it's clear the focus here is on providing excellent food and service and I've never had a bad visit.

I am from Indianapolis visiting family in Navare and wanted to eat some good seafood. What a wonderful place. My wife had the Bang Bang Shrimp and I had the Oysters on the Half Shell. I am amazed at what this place does. The menu is very diverse with all kinds of seafood. This restaurant is a do not miss. The prices are very reasonable, the staff was friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is awesome. Looking forward to my next visit Navare so I can eat at Scooters.
