My experience was decent. My CDL either didn't have enough syrup or was the wrong syrup but drink was still good. Just not proper

Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. Once I saw how light it was I knew it wasn't made correctly. No big deal..mistakes happen. I pulled out of the drive thru and went inside to have it remade. When I went in and asked for them to remake it..every young girl working stopped and glared. The young kid with a beanie on was the only one professional in that building. The barista clearly had no clue with what she was doing as she put just one shot of espresso in a venti iced cup. Never shook anything and slid my drink across the counter. She completed 8 drinks before remaking mine. I waited 10 minutes in drive thru and 8 inside. Once she finally decided to remake it, I then saw again it was wrong and trashed it on the way out the door. Train your employees better but maybe also get rid of your young girls who don’t seem customer service is for them. 💁🏻‍♀️

Disappointed in this location. When they are busy, they don't properly fill drinks to order. This is my second visit in a row where I ordered my usual, a venti cinnamon dolce latte (hot), and the cup was juuuust barely over half full. Not enough to even be a grande. Once is a mistake, twice it is a habit...like they're trying to catch up on orders by splitting drinks or something. For the price I pay for a venti, I expect to receive a venti.

I stopped by the Starbucks in Navarre with my lil grandson, just tryin’ to treat us to somethin’ nice before I dropped him off at school. Spent $25—and I ain’t one to fuss about money when it’s worth it, but baby… y’all missed the mark.

I ordered my usual: matcha latte, NO ICE, with whipped cream. I said it nice and clear. What did I get? A cup full of ice like I ordered a snow cone. And no whipped cream at all. Just sad, cold green tea with no joy in it.

Now let me be fair—the staff was polite. No attitude, nobody rude, and I appreciate that. But wrong is wrong. My grandson’s drink wasn’t even that sweet, and he looked at me like, “Granny, what is this?”

Here’s the thing—I didn’t even have time to speak up ‘cause I had to rush and get my grandson to school. Otherwise, I would’ve asked y’all to remake it. I wasn’t tryin’ to hold up the line or be late.

So I’m leavin’ 3 stars. Y’all were kind, yes—but when folks spend their hard-earned money, the order needs to be RIGHT. I’ll give y’all another chance, but next time? Mama D expects better.

They are doing a lot better in the beginning. I wasn't real sure. There are certain employees at the Navarre Starbucks that if you ask them to make your drink a certain way, they will. But there's others but don't care so when you ask them to make it a certain way and do certain things to your drink and it's written on the cup play don't do it at all even if you pay for it. You literally have to go to someone else that is working there even if you're in a hurry and ask them to add the say caramel to your drink because you asked for extra and they think one little squirt is extra and when you asked for a lot and they don't do it and you pay for it it pisses you off at least it does for me. If I'm going to pay for something you're damn right, you're going to do it, period. I don't understand why people work in these type of places that don't like doing their job. If the cup says extra caramel, put extra caramel in it plain and simple. Or if you are getting a shot in your drink and they make your drink and then they pour the rest of it in the sink basically you're paying for a half a shot but being charged for the full thing does it make sense. Pour the rest in a cup that I paid for please it's not hard. So much of it is wasted it's crazy. And people are okay with it. I am not. Other than that, I think the location is doing great. Just wish some people that work there were a little nicer to the customers. The people that work the 5:00 a.m. shift is amazing. I can't say enough about them. They make my drink every time perfect it's the ones that work the afternoon shift that doesn't care. They are the ones when I have to work in the afternoon aggravate me.

I must've gone at the perfect time on a perfect day. No more than 8 people in the whole place. It was quiet, and Rafael was so incredibly patient and kind when I was unsure what to order.

I dont know what kind of coffee magic they're doing, but this is the fastest Starbucks drive thru I've ever seen. I've been several times and each time I leave surprised at how fast they got everyone through.
This morning there was only one lane and probably 7-8 cars in front of me. The cars barely stopped at the window, the barista was scanning phones/payments and passing coffee out as each car paused momentarily. So impressive!!! Great job management! Great job staff!!!!
