They are doing a lot better in the beginning. I wasn't real sure. There are certain employees at the Navarre Starbucks that if you ask them to make your drink a certain way, they will. But there's others but don't care so when you ask them to make it a certain way and do certain things to your drink and it's written on the cup play don't do it at all even if you pay for it. I must've gone at the perfect time on a perfect day. No more than 8 people in the whole place. It was quiet, and Rafael was so incredibly patient and kind when I was unsure what to order.

I dont know what kind of coffee magic they're doing, but this is the fastest Starbucks drive thru I've ever seen. I've been several times and each time I leave surprised at how fast they got everyone through.
This morning there was only one lane and probably 7-8 cars in front of me. The cars barely stopped at the window, the barista was scanning phones/payments and passing coffee out as each car paused momentarily. So impressive!!! Great job management!...
