We loved our dinner here. The fried fills were some of the best we ever had. The sweet potato fries with their special sauce were so delicious. Everything we ate was great! Friendly staff that were great with our children. Would definitely come again.
Best BBQ restaurant in Navarre. Small family run business is always better than the bigger options. We will be back!
Finished work early and stopped in for a late lunch. It was a good choice. The Rib Shack has good ribs! I honestly feel like most restaurants in Navarre are over priced tourist traps, but in this case the food was actually good so the price didn't much matter to me. Ribs were tender and flavorful, the beans where sweet and savory, and the fries were fries. All good overall. The gentleman working the kitchen and the young man taking my order where both pretty cool. For a second, a miscommunication made it seem like I'd have to wait an additional 30 min for my to go order. But the cashier offered a refund right before the chef quickly cleared it up, got my order done quickly, and promptly announced "order up." I appreciated the professionalism. The chef (who I assumed was an owner. I don't know.) came up to the front and had a quick conversation with me about our jobs in the military. I left feeling welcome.
Reasonably priced good barbecue friendly and good service great place to eat
Great service and staff. Liked atmosphere. Plenty of food. Beans need improvement.
1 star rating reasons—*the physical menu (not online menu) says sliced beef (major red flag). We had to ask what the beef was and they told us it was brisket. If it’s brisket then why doesn’t the menu say that*menu says smoked sausage— they served me a hot dog sliced in half… I am still in shock today about this*ribs— I have never had to pull so much cartilage out of my mouth while eating before until this place
My friends drove 10 hours to visit my family and we chose Rib Shack for dinner because I had it for lunch, take out, once before. I had read over the menu and thought it sounded like a great fit for us. We walked in at 7:25pm and the girl at the front desk said we close at 8:00pm. I said, “Ok so you’re saying if we aren’t done by 8, you’re going to make us leave?” She said yes! So The Rib Shack lost 6 new customers that night and 1 repeat. What a shame.
My husband and I both had the grilled turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries and fried green beans. Everything was delicious and our waitress and everyone working there made us feel like family. What more could you ask for??
Food was so delicious! First time eating there and it was worth it.
great food friendly service

Well it smelled good as we walked in then we were informed that that food was taking about 25 minutes to come out....no big deal. Well waiting 20 minutes for menus is a bit much for a lunch....maybe next time there are to many other BBQ places to eat.
Nice burgers and the chicken sandwich with everything oustanding!
We are there w a party of 16 with only 1 hr left to stay open. The staff was super amazing and the food was delicious. Shout out to the only waitress on staff.
The ribs were incredible. I'll be stopping by for more next time I'm out that way.
We got a pork sandwich plate and a kids rib plate. We added two sides. One tea and one ice water. The total was $31.00. After looking at the receipt I realized she charged me for the water. She gave me back $2. I didn't even eat my pork sandwich, slaw or potato salad. We WON'T BE BACK. If you want bar b que go to Sonny's.
