I am very disappointed and will not be back.... my husband and i placed an online order for pickup between 1:32-1:35, upon arrival (1:42) we see our sanwiches were out and unwrapped on the table and sat there untouched for about 5-10 minutes. The lady who was working the register and fry station dropped change on the floor by the fryer and proceeded to pick it up with her gloved hand and didnt change the glove and finished putting our order together. We got home and my husbands burger wasnt even cooked all the way through....

Food came out cold after about 15 minutes of waiting. The bbq tender sandwich was mediocre at best, the jalapeño burger was cold and smothered in mustard, and the fries were barely warm. They were not even busy at this time of night because they blocked off the drive-thru to clean it. Ruined my first time trying a Whataburger, will never go back.

Straight Trash location. No kiosk, greasy looking crew and I stood in line for so long, three people gathered behind me as well as an old lady that had to sit down because of her arthritis due to a young teen having a conversation at the counter with a worker. After waiting for too long, I just left and decided to eat a a good establishment. Red Robin.....
