Everytime I come to this specific what-a-burger, they never fail to forget the ketchup. At first I thought it would be a 1 time thing but they continue to forget it. Not to mention the employee's of this specific what-a-burger always seem to not want to be there. They're always sighing and seem annoyed. This is the last time I will be going to this what-a-burger location in Navarre, Fl.
No Ketchup and no Napkins given with food ordered thru Drive thru. Horrible experience and NOT HAPPY!

As a vegetarian I have difficulty finding food at restaurants. The staff were super friendly and extremely willing to accommodate this and put hashbrowns on my burger. Very friendly staff :)
