Food came out cold after about 15 minutes of waiting. The bbq tender sandwich was mediocre at best, the jalapeño burger was cold and smothered in mustard, and the fries were barely warm. They were not even busy at this time of night because they blocked off the drive-thru to clean it. Ruined my first time trying a Whataburger, will never go back.

No kiosk, greasy looking crew and I stood in line for so long, three people gathered behind me as well as an old lady that had to sit down because of her arthritis due to a young teen having a conversation at the counter with a worker. After waiting for too long, I just left and decided to eat a a good establishment. Red Robin.....

I’ve stopped here once a week for the past few years and it’s only gotten worse. If I can offer one piece of advice; do not come late night on a weekend (for instance if you leave work between 2-4 in the morning.) I only ordered a plain double cheese burger and instead that gave me a fully loaded sandwich. This has happened 6 weeks in a row (jokes on me for not getting wise sooner) at this point I will stop visiting location. I could toss a lot of insults their way, but honestly if they could read anything digital, they may get my meal right. It’s a simple order and somehow they always manage to do more than they need to. Remarkable.
Whataburger is a great spot for a quick and filling meal. The burgers are big, fresh, and well-seasoned – you can really taste the quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and efficient, and orders are prepared quickly. The portions are generous, and the prices are quite reasonable. Perfect place when you're craving a classic American burger – highly recommend!

I ordered through curbside today and despite never having a problem before, today I was never given the food I ordered despite waiting at curbside for about 45 minutes. There was one person who asked me about my order about 5 minutes after waiting but no one came back as I watched them deliver food to others that pulled up to curbside as well.
