Went to whitecaps with 12 family members and could not have left happier. The 3 girls working the ice cream stand do an absolutely incredible job. And the ice cream is very good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an ice cream spot in Navarre Beach and don’t want to cross the causeway!!

This is a cute place inside the Marriott, but this will be our one and only trip here. Decorative, well presented milkshakes & sundaes but extremely expensive. 2 milkshakes were over $34 plus gratuity line listed on the receipt even though it’s a fast-food/self-service location. Each milkshake was smaller than a mason jar with small piece of cake/cookie on top. Reason we won’t be back is not because of the price… it’s for the sheer wastefulness of the packaging. EVERYTHING is thrown away! Nothing is washed, reused, or even recycled including the THICK plastic “mason jar” style containers. This is a place on the beach with a sea turtle conservation center down the street- I feel like there should at least be some attempt to be environmentally friendly.

Just know if you have a child with a nut allergy, they do not care. They told me they did not have enough spoons to ensure no cross contamination. My child with the nut allergy ordered a banana split and even after the conversation about a nut allergy, they served him a banana split covered in peanuts.

I got a REGULAR milkshake from this place-no extravagant toppings or flavors or anything like that-and tell me why it was 15 dollars……Why tf are the ultimate milkshakes with all of the extra embellishments only one dollar more than a regular milkshake with one flavor and no toppings??? I ordered a salted caramel truffle milkshake and tell me why i got a milkshake that literally tasted like vanilla (see photo)….there was nothing about no salt, caramel, or truffle in that shake. I paid $15 for a plain vanilla milkshake…..
