I love going to this location,tried online ordering a few times though for he special deals. And they unfortunately do not work.. which is sad when the online ordering can be convenient đ

This was my first time at this location. I decided to go here for lunch, being that I was in the area. Parking was slightly difficult to find, but after waiting a couple of minutes I did manage to find a parking spot. I decided to have the stuffed shells and garlic bread for lunch today. The stuffed shells were very good. The garlic bread was toasty and flavorful. If I'm in this area again, I'm definitely stopping here.

Do they boil the hot wings? This place is gross, bottom of the barrel. Only reason they are still open is because they own the property. This place is a dinosaur. Horrible food, everything about this place is awful. Do yourself a favor and avoid Als pizza for anything and everything they may have on the menu.
I just tried to have dinner at Al's Pizza in Neptune Beach. After I started to eat my pizza I found a hair. Totally disgusted I showed to the waitress. The solucion to the situation was to take the pizza out the check and charge me for a kids size of spaghetti with a meat ball.
All that happened while the whole employees where debated what to do. Even the cook came out of the kitchen all the way to the register.
It looks costumers are not allowed to complain.

This was the last location in Jacksonville I thought you could go for good pizza but NOPE đ

Visit Al's Pizza for my first time. We had a quick dinner after my step-daughters wedding rehearsal. Definitely will re-visit for snother dinner!

Iâve been a regular customer at Alâs Pizza (Neptune Beach) for both individual takeout and occasional catering orders. Unfortunately, Iâve had multiple negative interactions with the manager, Brittany, and my most recent visit crossed the line. I called the day before to place a large order and confirmed an 11:30 a.m. pickup time. I arrived at 11:19 just to check that everything was on track. A staff member assisted me and went to check on the order, then Brittany came out. She immediately questioned why I was âway too early,â even though I was only 11 minutes early for the agreed-upon pickup time. I mentioned I can wait but needed to have the food by noon to make it to my destination on time. When I reminded her that I had called ahead and confirmed 11:30, she responded sarcastically: âHow do you expect us to get that done in 30 minutes?ââeven though the pickup time had already been approved. She continued to mutter and huff on her way to the back, and I could hear her telling other staff to never accept pickup times that early and to always check with her first. About 15 minutes later, Brittany brought the order to the front. She sarcastically said, âMake sure itâs to your satisfaction,â then walked away without saying anything else. On the way out I started to explain to my friend who came to help me carry the food out how terrible the experience I just had was. As we were walking out the door, Brittany came outside and publicly confronted me in front of other customers. She aggressively asked if there was a problem, then cut me off when I tried to respond that yes there was. She accused me of being rude, claimed I ânever tip,â and told us not to come back. I want to be clear: I was certainly frustrated by her rude behaviorâboth in this instance and in past visitsâbut I have never said anything inappropriate or disrespectful in return. Iâve always kept my responses calm and professional, even when I felt mistreated. I tip when dining in or when additional service is providedâbut not for takeout, and certainly not when the service is hostile. This wasnât an isolated incident. Iâve experienced Brittanyâs rudeness before and have witnessed her treating other customers the same way. I've had other staff apologize to me on her behalf and explain she's usually like that. The atmosphere in the restaurant is noticeably more pleasant on the days she isnât there. The food is consistently great, and the rest of the staff are friendly and respectful. But the behavior I experienced from management was completely unacceptable. I hope this is addressedâno customer should be treated this way.

Not what it used to be. Still has some single slices but they arenât very filling. Tasty.
I ordered two toppings. One of them was loosely piled on and rolled off while eating. They didnât cover it with cheese, kinda feels cheap and lazy. Maybe Iâm asking too much or donât understand why
