I ordered for delivery through Uber Eats and the order was late. After calling 4x someone finally answered the phone. I believe her name was Carly. She called the driver and he said the order had been delivered. We marked the order to call when approaching. He did not. He left the food on the doormat and did not contact us nor update the order to delivered so we knew it was downstairs. The building is very clearly multiple units and he left it outside the main door. It was cold and bugs were crawling on everything. Carly continued to interupt me and eventually hung up on me. This level of operation should not be in business at all.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?A few years ago Al's Pizza in Neptune Beach did a major overhaul to bring back the basics and has been a phenomenal experience but yesterday was a big disappointment. My wife said that the bathrooms in the ladies rooms had broken sinks and the toilets were filled with mold. She said it was a very unkept place.Add to that that our servers did not bring the beer until our food was served and the salads did not have chicken on it even though we asked for it. My wife asked for some additional dressing and they didn't bring it until after the meal was almost over.From the pictures you can see that the meal could have been a little fuller. These are pictures of split meals but if you take this sub and put it together it's woefully small in size for $13 and if you took the salad and put it together it's not significant for $18.I requested to bring salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese to the table and it took so long I had to go in and get it myself. Clearly there needs to be some training done on efficiencies and unfortunately I think the management has other ideas in mind with their other stores.As a top Google reviewer in the United States I take seriously having to give negative reviews, but unless someone reaches out to me and lets me know changes have been made, I will no longer be visiting this store.I hope Al and his team can make a difference in the coming weeks. Please let me know when you make those changes. I would be happy to go back and visit the store and improve my reviews if the experience changes.

Sadly this location has wait staff who obviously doesn’t like kids. Rolls their eyes when you ask for a table with “X” number of kids menus, and made side eye looks the entire dinner. Very odd since I purchased a lot of pizza for my family, tipped 20% (because of inflation) and picked up our table for easy bussing. The retire table next to us spilt their water, and was rude to the wait staff, and that was all fine with them. Pick a different location for indoor service.

The pizza is a treasure from my kids' childhood. We loved to ride our bikes to the original location at the corner of Atlantic and East Coast .Parking: It's a difficult bike ride for children and families because crossing A1A at Atlantic is tricky.
Amazing pizza-the crust is absolutely perfect! Service was quick, we have been twice and never had to wait for a seat. Cozy and open atmosphere. We will be back!

With 8 total people eating in restaurant our pizza was served less than lukewarm. Pizza was good...just not hot. Waitress waited till we were almost done eating before checking or refilling our drinks. Will give them another opportunity to do better.
