So my wife placed an online order for two sandwiches and everything was smooth until we got back home. And could be a simple mistake but the order was all wrong. Everything my wife wanted on her sandwich was on mine and everything I wanted was on hers. Even the bread was mixed up. We use to come here a lot but last few times just have been disappointing. And the parking is terrible on the weekends it seems

Customer service was amazing! I had an issue with an employee named Sara a few weeks ago, but once I came in she cleared everything up and was super sweet and we were able to become friends! It was all a huge misunderstanding and i'm glad we were able to resolve everything.
I promptly contacted this store after inadvertently placing two online orders. They expressed appreciation for my notification, as it allowed them to avoid processing the second order. However, I have not yet received a response concerning my refund request.
