Service here is always great. Bartenders are awesome, especially Cierah! Love this place, been coming here for years! Shelby and Lilli are also great servers.

I recently visited Hurricane Grill and Wings and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was lively and fun, with friendly staff and quick service. But the real star of the show was the food - their wings were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of sauce. I also tried their burgers, which were juicy and flavorful. Overall, I'd highly recommend Hurricane Grill and Wings to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a great time. Can't wait to go back! Rating: 5/5 stars!

Their wings and deals are the BEST. I'm only giving 4 starts because the service is slow. 1+ hour for a togo order for 40 wings after being told it would be 30 minutes. During the day they are a bit quicker when we dine in but togo is always a little slow.

**Title: Decent Food, Great Service, but Some Drawbacks**

This was my first visit to Hurricane Grill & Wings in Neptune Beach. The service was outstanding—our server was friendly and attentive, which was a big plus. The food was pretty good overall, but nothing too memorable. However, the wait was much too long, which was frustrating. It seemed like the wait staff had some confusion about which tables they were serving, adding to the delays.

I ordered a top-shelf margarita, but it was surprisingly weak. For the price, I expected a much stronger drink. The place was clean, which is always a good sign, but I was a bit disappointed with the spice levels. If you're looking for something truly spicy or hot, this isn’t the place. Everything we tried was about the same as mild hot sauce.

Overall, it was an okay experience—great service and a clean environment, but they could improve on the wait times, drink quality, and spice options.

We stopped in Labor Day and each had 10 wings. Not just wings...these were freaking incredible! I had teriyaki bone in. Literally, the best sauce I have ever had. The sesame seeds were an unexpected pleasant touch. under the sauce, the wings themselves have a crunchy glazed like finish. I was so impressed! My buddy had the garlic parmesan bone less wings. I was so impressed by the delicious-looking sauce, but he would not share! We can't wait to return...weekly. I am addicted. Congratulations to me for my new find!!! Lizzy, our server, was a doll...attentive and personable. See you in a few days!

8/13/24 Revised review upward as manager responded with a genuine explanation. Every place can have a rough night occassionally.

We had been going here a few times a month on week nights. On a visit last week, we were led to our table and given menus. We waited 15 minutes but but no wait staff would stop by in spite of a few friendly waves. On another recent visit, we had a group of high school kids near us being obnoxious and spilling their drinks and food all over the floor. We won't be back for a while. The managers need to step up their game.
