They refused to give my order to the delivery driver, they refused to give the order to three different drivers. And when I called and told them the order was not canceled, they still refused to help me. Extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment for sure

Went there yesterday for lunch stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being waited on when the manager finally left the drive-through window to come wait on me. She took my order and went right back to the drive-through. Stood there about 20 minutes waiting on my food finally the nice young man in the back Prepping the food whose name was Michael finally said something to the manager that I have been waiting 20 minutes for my food she could’ve given a shit less whether I got my food or not. But Michael was kind enough to get my food ready and brought it to us at our table and apologized for the wait as we were leaving. He came back out from the kitchen again and once again apologized for our wait. I don’t know who the manager is at that store, but she could really care less about her customers. All she cared about was the metrics of the drive-through. Michael was a true asset to that location. He would be the only reason I would go back there.

My fiancé is there as I speak while I’m on the phone with him. He has 100.00 bill and they won’t take it they rather him drive away without food then to give him change. He’s stopping by KFC on his way home which is over 10 miles from our home to have to now decide on something other than KFC because they don’t have change and it’s 5:00 pm No change really??? ! Unprofessional!!!! Really doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Ask for drumstick ? was told it would be 16 min I said really and then she said oh I've got some right here. Ice machine doesn't work for lobby handed a cup soda was flat lady said it's all flat I said it's your CO2 she then handed me another flat Pepsi I would have asked for a refund but I feel like that would have a scene

The Ginger Tea Lady

There is a young man who works at the beach location on Atlantic at the front counter, who has a disability. Every time I have gone, he is very pleasant and seems to be working hard. There is also a woman, whom I think is a manager who speaks to him so harshly, and it makes me uncomfortable. I've had pick-ups here several times, and she had the same harsh tone with him when he made a mistake or was taking too long to do something. He seems to be fairly new and still learning certain aspects of his job. There's a way to correct without being rude. I can tell she embarrasses him, but she doesn't seem to care how loud she is or that it's in front of customers. Maybe if she took more time to train him rather than having side conversations with employees about OTHER employees, he may know a little bit more. A little respect goes a long way, and I hope she learns to treat him better.

This is the worst kfc I’ve ever visited. There was a sign at the drive thru that said it was not working and to come inside. The only cars in the parking lot 2 must have belonged to employees because nobody else was inside, the employees seemed to enjoy the lack of business and collecting a free paycheck. I wonder where they will be working next because this kfc will be closed for good soon.
