This is my favorite restaurant in the Jacksonville area and they did not disappoint for my birthday dinner. We brought our 9 month old daughter with us as well and they were extremely accommodating and had a nice quiet table in the covered patio. My favorite dish on the menu is the sea diver scallops, but everything I have tried here is amazing and the cocktails are excellent too. Can't wait to go back!

Always an all around good experience dining at Mezza. Food is top notch. Drinks are good, wait staff is excellent and music in the bar is amazing! You can sit in the bar and enjoy the music or you can sit in the dining room - inside or outside and enjoy the quiet. Love the Mezza vibe!

Just tried this place for an early evening dinner on Sunday before the big dinner rush and my taste buds are so happy. The gnocchi appetizer was delicious the pizza one of the best I’ve had and scallops were cooked to perfection! Hats off to the chef and staff here!

Food was excellent. Got the papardelle short rib ragu and mushroom bolognese. Only issue is that our server was super slow and non attentive while we watched every other server running around. She never came and asked how our food was, never refilled our drinks, and we had to practically beg her to order lol.

We have always loved Mezza and received great service and great food. We recently had friends visit from Philly and took them there. One of them has severe food allergies (dairy, egg, nuts, etc.). She was absolutely thrilled to have a menu that was for those with dietary restrictions...and one that had so many choices. Our waitress was top notch and kind with all the questions. The food was fantastic...including desserts and cocktails. It was so nice to see our friend so excited with the options. She said she'll be dreaming about the scallop dish for a long time! Well done, Mezza. You never disappoint.
I ordered the poperdelli with short rib. The sauce was a bit watery and the short rib had a bit more fat than the last time I had this dish which I love. A band was playing which made it really loud but was nice.

My mother is in a wheelchair and was celebrating a birthday and anniversary. The restaurant seated her on the patio so she could avoid steps and decorated the table with confetti and a card. The service and food were excellent and they offered her a free dessert with a candle so we could sing. Overall, they went above and beyond and we really appreciate it.

This is probably the worst pasta we’ve ever had! Zero taste. We had to ask the server to bring us salt, pepper, olive oil, marinara sauce and parmesan, well the parmesan is optional for taste. Also, to be called Italian restaurant, With just a few choices of pasta dishes!
