The restaurant did not have any mild chicken. I was told the restaurant wasn’t cooking regular chicken just the chicken sandwiches. Chicken would be a 15 minute wait. This makes no sense. Your business is to sell chicken. It reflects a lack in management skills in planning the balance of selling chicken and managing the demand of your chicken sandwiches. I’m offended as a customer of the little consideration In your planning for my choice of just regular chicken, no sandwich!
The sandwich is back. Expect to wait.
Waited in drive thru for 1 hr 15 minutes for spicy chicken sandwich! Soooo good and worth it! Thank you so much! 👍
