Absoletely disgusting food. Both meals were not what we ordered. The sandwich was slapped with everything on it, when it was ordered plain. The other meal was nasty. Mashed potatoes felt old and stale. I guess the parking lot was empty for a reason...

I visited a few nights ago on Wednesday, and the experience was disappointing. One of the cashiers was clearly overwhelmed with a large number of orders, and instead of helping, the manager started yelling at her in front of customers. He had already sent one of the other girls home, which left the remaining cashier struggling to keep up with all the orders by herself. It was uncomfortable to watch, especially since she seemed to be trying her best. This location really needs better support from management or get a new manager during busy times. Customers and employees both deserve a more respectful environment.

The experience was great! Azariah and Cece were so friendly and quick to take our order. Kaleb was preparing the food and it was fast hot and delicious! We will be back!

Great food, terrible customer service. Order had to be repeated multiple times because she stopped paying attention almost immediately after giving the go ahead to order. Meals were right but forgot to give sauce - thankfully we thought ahead to check the bag before leaving. Food is tasty and sweet tea too. Maybe give more customer service training though.

Ordered roughly $40 in various products for my family. They forgot two of the items, but quickly provided them when I went to the counter. I started eating the fries and noticed a weird thing happening where I felt an extreme dryness at the base of my tongue. It wasnt painful, just weird, and I thought it might just be the seasoning. Moving on to the rest of the meal I noticed the same feeling/taste when eating my sandwhich and my other family members tenders and boneless wings. Whatever was causing this was almost certainly in the oil, or was the oil itself. Like I said the flavor didnt seem to be affected too much, just a weird mouthfeel. It's now about about 6 hours later and my whole family is burping very frequently and is still tasting the food, and we all have heartburn. My nose is running slightly as well. Im not sure if old oil or something would cause something like this, but whatever is happening is definitely from the food from this restaurant.

The building is not maintained doors are dirty look like they're falling off the hinges floors are dirty bathrooms are filthy. Invest some time and money in your building.

Popeyes in Neptune Beach needs to be shut down. This is the second time I've going into this location and everything smells rotten. It physically smells like they are cooking rotten food and when you get your food it tastes like it's 3 hours old. Nothing ever tastes fresh. And the place is always filthy at that. I definitely don't recommend anybody going there to eat. Choose wisely. So much for a simple lunch with zero quality and zero customer service.

Usually Popeye's is clean but this one.... House had several locals hanging out both inside and outside with staff. Bathrooms were atrocious with many months/years of neglect. This writer would not recommend patronizing this establishment.

So the food is banging. The group that works there are super nice and more than capable but due to whatever reasons.... You gonna wait a minute. Maybe a few. Totally worth it if you don't mind waiting a bit longer than other fast food places.

I went through the drive-thru so I don't know what the atmosphere is like but the person checking me out was friendly. Food is great!. Absolutely love their biscuits. They're the best thing about the restaurant!!! My husband loves the red beans and rice!!

I should have read the review, again. Haven't been here in a bit and after my kids asked for it, I reluctantly agreed. Every single item I ordered was wrong, except for sides(though those should be easy) and the number of ranch. Ordered a bundle w/ 3 classic chicken sandwiches, all 3 plain. All 3 came with mayo/pickle, even though my receipt read NO mayo/NO pickle for all. Ordered a 9-piece box with 4 thighs/5 legs. Got 1 breast, 1 wing, and 5 thighs, so not even 9 pieces or any of the 5 legs. Got a “free” 3-piece tender in my mobile offers and it came with 6 onion straw looking “tenders”. I arrived 3 mins after my scheduled pick up time and still had to wait 10 minutes. There were 3 cars in the lot and none in the drive thru, so busy wasn’t a factor. Management is the factor. How about have the people too busy makin tiktoks and yuckin it up with some guy in the dining area, to actually read and do their jobs? I know it’s a lot to ask of someone you’re paying to provide a service. I’d give zero stars if I could, below sub-mid experience, my kids were disappointed.
