Worst location in Jacksonville. Terrible service, terrible quality of food. Better off going to the one of Merrill Rd. They at least try

We ordered via Door Dash: two chicken sandwiches with bacon and cheese, one spicy and one regular. The food was delivered within 30 minutes and still very warm. The sandwiches were delicious and tasted fresh. Bacon was an excellent grade and well-done (no gross fat!). We also added a side of red beans and rice which was awesome! Whoever is running this Neptune Beach location is doing a very fine job!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Whole order messed up. Wrong chicken wrong sides. Food old as hell sitting around for hours most likely. Not busy at all. Not 1 person there. Still messed everything up.

I just want to shake them and say, “Who hurt you?!?” They always have the worst attitudes. I know customers can be rude to service workers but I’m in the industry and I’m 100% not, but yet I always encounter an employee rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing when I order. Then, they always forget something in my bag and when I politely go back around and ask for it, they give MORE attitude! I’ve never seen anything like it. And after spending $36 for 2 5pc chicken tender combos today, where I had to go back in again to get an item that was forgotten and met with more attitude, I’ll never see it again because I’m done with you Popeyes. I’ve only ever written a handful of reviews and I’ve never written one for a restaurant, because again, I’m in the industry, but my experience was so bad today that I couldn’t resist any longer.
