I’m sorry but everytime I come to this location it takes forever and no one seems to know what they’re doing. I keep trying to give them chances but I leave disappointed everytime.

This location has the most unprofessional staff, maybe not all but atleast Kaela and the other guy whose maybe a supervisor yell and treated me in a very ill manner, their words was "LEAVE THE LINE OR I'LL CALL COPS" being in the drivetru area and denied me my order. The reason was I arrived FEW MINUTES EARLIER AFTER I placed my mobile order. Unbelievable! I cant believe this location is still here despite seeing all the bad reviews regarding how bad the staff are, Starbucks has to do something! You dont mess with me like that in front of my children! Not right!

Employees' attitude was bad.You ran out of a safety product for hot cups, and there was nothing to be done. The manager did not try to remedy the situation

This morning in the drive thru line, I witnessed the manager of this store screaming at young girl in her car who was already stressed out due to the horrible parking lot situation in this location. This was extremely off putting and unprofessional, and made me not want to return to this location again.

This morning my sixteen year old sister went to this Starbucks as she normally does and came home in tears after an interaction with the store manager. I would like to preface this by saying I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and am fully aware how awful the parking lot situation is. It’s very common for people to have to drive in the opposite direction of traffic while here because of how busy it gets. My sister pulled into the parking lot from third street and when she noticed the line was wrapped around the building coming from the Atlantic Blvd entrance she had to go through the parking lot in the opposite flow of traffic in order to avoid blocking third street. As she was going through the parking lot so she could turn around and get in line another car came so my sister stopped bc there was no where for her to pull over. The other car pulled to the side and my sister began to go past when the woman in the other car rolled down her window and began to yell at her. My sister ignored her, not wanting to get in an altercation as there was not an accident so no point in arguing with the woman in the car. After she finally got in line and got to the window to get her order she was yelled at again by the same woman who ended up being the store manager. When she came home in tears and explained the situation I called the store and spoke to the manager. The manager said my sister was cutting through the parking lot to avoid the traffic light and was speeding through the parking lot. She said that if she’s crying it’s probably because my sister knows she did something wrong. When I explained to her she was “cutting through the parking lot” in order to not block traffic and get in line to order not to avoid a traffic light she started going on about how it gets too busy there and there have been accidents in the past. Which I fully understand so I mentioned that they should put cones up blocking the third street entrance, like they have done in the past, to help avoid these situations and her response was that it’s not her job to direct traffic. Which was very interesting to me because she had no problem yelling at my sister over it both outside and inside the store. Overall this situation was handled extremely poorly. I hope that no customers are treated like this in the future and that they take my advice and put those cones back up if this really is such a serious issue for them. Which clearly it is otherwise my sister would not have come home in tears.

I come here often, the staff is consistently courtesy and professional. The grounds are always well maintained and clean. This is my favorite store in the Jacksonville to visit and will drive out of my way to visit this store for the hospitality. They always get my order correct and I have never needed to ask for it to be remade.

Kid-friendliness: Consistently bring my daughters here, staff is always patient and nice with them

A very bad service, they don't serve you through the window and you have to go through the drive-through only, I went to the drive-through on foot to place my order and they didn't talk to me there. After a few minutes of waiting, I called on the phone and I told her that I want to place the order. They told me that I have to be with the car to order, forced to order I had to take the car and when I paid the girl who served me named Kayla gave me back the money, cracking my hand as if I had done her some injustice. Very disappointed.

Seeing we missed 3 dollar day today due to the nationwide outage I believe it should be made up to us tomorrow if the system is back up and running ???

Broken changing table that risks serious injury to infants. I informed a partner/barista after our purchase. We walked nearby to change our baby. We came back and they had just towed our car.
