Polite and fast service. Went early to watch sunrise so there was no wait. This is a go to spot near Neptune Beach within walking distance of cute shopping places and restaurants. The beach is within 50 yards. Very close with access to parking.

Just like McDonald's....was told that the cold brew machine was being cleaned so I couldn't get my sweet cream cold brew at this time......EEWWWWWW.....and gross. I guess thank you for cleaning it!

Ordered a caramel mochiatto with extra caramel they gave me a regular mochiatto I told the lady and she said they didn’t charge me for it very upset I had to leave with a drink I paid for and didn’t get what I ordered

The WORST ice chi latte with oak milk EVER!!! It was SOOOOO deluded with water!! I go to many starbuck locations and some are hit are miss... but this location is mostly a miss! Staff is busy chatting with each other.. several times I have received that car behind me order.. But.. It may seem small to complain about a lousy chi.. but when someone is off work, so tired and so looking forward to that expected yummy chi, and it suck.. well it just suck!
