I come here often, the staff is consistently courtesy and professional. The grounds are always well maintained and clean. This is my favorite store in the Jacksonville to visit and will drive out of my way to visit this store for the hospitality. They always get my order correct and I have never needed to ask for it to be remade.

A very busy Starbucks. Stopped there for drinks plus some food for me and my kids. The grilled cheese is amazing. It may be a kiddo type of meal but it satisfied my hunger. My son enjoyed the sausage, egg and cheese while the other had the grilled cheese too. Both loved their food. The vanilla beans were great. Always friendly service.

They are understaffed, and insisted I go thru the drive thru. I was on a bicycle so that wasn't an option. On other visits I've gotten lukewarm coffee. The food is microwaved and mediocre. There are tables to sit down at but they are all outside. This is one of the weaker Starbucks by far.
